"I was in the process of repairing my phone and was under the impression that it came with the adhesive strips since their website stated that the strips will come with all replacement LCD screen orders. Low and behold the strips did not come with my order also on the website it stated that the adhesive strips were out of stock. I emailed them and no one has replied nor acknowledged this. I should have went elsewhere for my products.

There are a lot of companies of which to do business with and I am sure this one won't be around for very long if their customer service does not pay attention to the details.

"HORRIBLE costumer support. Easily one of the worse I have ever encountered, I will never buy from you and I hope my comment deters others from using your lousy service.

I was emailed to confirm who I was because the shipping address and the billing address were different. (why does that even matter anyway!?) I immediately replied explaining why they were different, and to please hurry up with the shipment as I was on a very tight schedule (and I paid extra fast shipping because of this).
I NEVER got a reply... not a reply to tell me it was canceled, to tell me it was shipped, no tracking number, NOTHING. Not even an acknowledgement of my existence!

I emailed them 4 more times to their support email address and then a 5th directly to their website...

NO REPLY YET!!! I have no idea if they charged, shipped, or just ignored me. I know nothing (like John Snow).

So yeah... this is the worst costumer service ever, and I hope someone reads this and choses not to buy from you. You don't deserve loyal costumers as myself.

UPDATE: I contacted my bank, and as it turns out, I was charged for the replacement piece.... on the 27th. So in theory the package should have been shipped that same day. And since i paid for extra fast shipping, 2-3 days. It should arrive at it's destination on the 30th TOPS... If it doesn't I will lose 140 bucks. AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER!!!!

"I wanted to replace the screen for an LG G2. I bought the replacement from fixez.com, and then I made the replacement following their instructions from the youtube video made under fixez.com. I followed the instructions flawlessly, and when I finished to my dismay there was a dead spot on the screen where the screen was not responsive at ALL. Originally I thought it was my doing so I took the phone to get a free diagnostic at a cell phone repair store. They told I had done the the replacement flawlessly, and the screen had to be defective. I called fixez.com customer support (who are EXTREMELY RUDE) and they told me that there was no way the screen could be defective. Basically this website sold a defective product and wouldn't even let me return it. And im sure if I just sent it to them they would make me pay for shipping and then just tell me that I broke the screen while replacing, WHICH I DEFINITELY DID NOT DAMAGE. I can understand if one defective replacement screen falls through and gets to a customer, BUT the rude and unhelpful customer support makes this company HORRIBLE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING A REPLACEMENT PART ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! "

"I recently ordered a Nexus 4 Screen+Digitizer replacement. Replacement was slightly more difficult than advertised, but the real problem came when the new screen failed the display the right ~5 mm, leaving only a black bar. In addition, there are frequent vertical shaded lines displayed. I have contacted customer service and we are working on resolving the problem."

"Awful customer service. I cancelled an order ten minutes after placing it, and these con-artists charged me a TEN PERCENT "cancellation fee". I've never done business with any online retailer that charged such a BOGUS fee. I will never ever buy anything from this company and I highly recommand anyone considering doing so beware of these hidden, junk charges before they do."

"Great items, received them in perfect condition and decent shipping speed (9 days to Canada). One thing to mention is that you should not depend solely on their online guides, as they are a bit misleading (Fixez guides did not mention any of the strong adhesives I had to heat up to continue disassembly - Nexus 4 battery for example). Use multiple resources when repairing your phone!"
