"Decided on repairing instead of picking up another used pair, even though the cost was about the same. (Less solid waste, right?) Good communication, pretty good turnaround, more than I wanted to pay for a fractured ear connector but I was glad to be supporting a small business, etc.
I only wear noise-cancelling headphones on the plane, as the sound quality of those classic Bose QC15 units is pretty atrocious, I would never opt for them from a purely sonic standpoint. But the noise-cancelling is nice. So I get the headphones back, but for Covid reasons I don't end up on a flight for over six months. Pull them out, put them on ... and the earpiece immediately snaps again. Almost as if they never fixed it in the first place.
OK, says I, this is a small business, full of humans, people who I could explain the situation to ("I know it's been awhile since my order, but it seems like you didn't fix them at all," etc.), so I call and talk to a pretty friendly admin person who takes all my info and sends it over to the customer service guy ... who bluntly shuts me down because the headphones are no longer under warranty with them.
So I'm out $85 for the same broken headphones I started with. No attempt to reach a compromise, no interest in a discussion, just zero.
And zero is the number of stars I would give, if I could. Avoid this business - it's low quality work, but at least there's no customer service. I'm surprised they've hung on this long, seems like I'm not the only one who had a thoroughly bogus experience."

Since then I've emailed 2x (6/29 & 7/25) and left several VM messages requesting an update.
Last week a lady finally answered the phone and assured me I would receive an email update within 24 hours but it never arrived.
Now I am more than a little FRUSTRATED and must question the integrity and legitimacy of this business.

"I find out from my 11 yr old daughter that even though I paid $77, the headphones were never fixed properly. The sound remained intermittent and cut out of the right ear. I wonder if they even fixed it at all? Well, she is 11yrs old, so she didn't know to tell me. I didn't find out until later on and when I asked them if they would be honorable and repair it (since it never worked properly after they repaired it), they said too much time elapsed. I understand about the time, but they should have fixed it properly in the first place. They won't stand behind their shoddy workmanship. WARNING - don't rely upon them! They will NOT do the right thing."
"I sent them My beats to be repaired. They sent me an invoice. I paid it through PAYPAL.
Never received my beats.
Called them many times and emailed them.
They will not answer the phone or return Emails.
So if you never want to see your product again and through some money away just sent it to them.

"I have to give them credit for completing my order in a timely manner but the job is anything but well done. My headphones have tape on them and they returned them with more problems than I had before. At first I could not receive sound on the left ear but now if I slightly move the cord, the song skips, pauses, fast forwards, goes to voice control, etc. The mic controls no longer work and I have emailed customer service several time. They answered me only once saying they could not deal with the mic controls and then ignored the rest of my emails. I am very unsatisfied with their business and customer service. Definitely not worth the $60, I do not recommend this service or company to anyone else"
