These guys are a legitimate scam. I purchased a new computer and my desktop was becoming unresponsive within a day of purchase. So i tried to get in touch with microsoft. I was tricked by these guys into beleiving they worked for microsoft. Then they remote logged into my system, EDITED my registry in front of my eyes. the moment i saw that, i knew it was a scam. but i played out the game. soon they ran a registry check to tell me that 169 errors had been found! So they plant errors and demand 199 $ for undoing it. Ofcourse, i am just going to system recover to undo their malice, but what a sleek scam."
