I decided to go get a second opinion and they wouldn't disconnect from my computer. They lowered their price to $100.00 when I persisted in my decision to go with a company I know and trust, and they would not disconnect from my computer. Finally I managed to disconnect it myself. This reeked of a scam and I would not be at all surprised if they made the problems seem far worse than they actually were."

It was obviously a sales call, so I told them to put me on their "Do Not Call List" (so, why does a legit tech company have a DNC list?) I am a little dubious about a company that, out of 435 reviews on this site, gets more than 400 of 5 stars - how many of those reviews are paid reviewers based in a foreign country? And, more curious, is that many of the reviewers names end in xyzy or something similar...."
