"Have had a generall good experience. However, I have had some communication problems. Since I speak only English, I have problems with foreign dialects. The technicians'command of English has been good, but the dialectic difference has been frustrating at times. For the benefit of cusrtomers like myself, it would be much better if there were technicians who spoke clearly enunciated "American" english. This is not a criticism of there abilities; simply trying to suggest a remedy to preclude misunderstang between the technician and the customer. Wish your business continued success in the coming year."
