"On Friday I experienced problems receiving my e-mail from our local cable company. I called the company and they said call Microsoft. I did this and was connected to OMNITECH. They worked for over 4 hours with no success. I recalled our local company and got another technician to find the problem. A corrupted file in our e-mails that had not been passed on to our computer. This technician corrected the problem and our emails came through our computer. So, OMNITECH did not correct the problem. After OMNITECH technicians changed different settings on my computer, the screen would black out for approximately 45 seconds then come back on. After I finally changed the settings back, the black screens finally stopped. They caused more problems than I already had. I just wish I would have contacted our local company a second time, before contacting OMNITECH. I would have saved $99."
