"I ordered 2 x M3 DSReal adaptors from this store (flash-gadgets).
One of the adaptors is ok & works fine the other is faulty, and i am unable to contact them for information on how to send it back for replacement.
They do not display any address or tel no, and will not reply to any of my emails, of which i have sent many over the last 3 weeks du to one upset daughter that has spent her pocket money on the adaptor and cant use it.
Do not use this store.

Beware if you purchase,, they say they have a returns policy, but do not honour it.

This is a one man band setup & he dont reply to ANY emails! there is ZERO support & if you buy anything thats broken FORGET IT! you wont get your money back OR any help cause he dont reply EVER!

I bought a couple of things off the website & one of them dont work ive sent 3 emails & recived NOTHING back like a reply email!
there is NO phone number either just a "Reply fill in form" which is dodgy any reputable company would have a contactable number AT LEAST! no address?? OMG
i am normaly a great carefull shopper & he got lucky this time with me, ive been ripped off & its not the money its the point i bought the card for my 6 yr old son & he's upset.!
