"My last 3 orders had problems. They substitute cheap stuff for the stuff you order.
They won't honor there promotional emails they send you.
I ordered and received 6 Flash Drive and ALL of them shorted out when plugged into the USB ports. Not just on my computer but all 5 of my friends computers. I got a RMA from there rep. Elena K. and sent them all back. I got an email saying there was nothing wrong with any of them. A waste of my time and postage. After many emails back and forth they sent me another batch of which 3 worked fine and the other 3 didn't, I through 3 away.
I will never use this company again.

"Don't even bother ordering. I ordered something from them using PayPal (yes, my account, address, everything is verified), and they canceled my order. Sure, they refunded my money (luckily), but there was no explanation as to why the order was refunded or what I needed to do to correct it. They had my phone number so if there was a problem they could have called. I don't think I'll try to buy from them again-- that just didn't set well with me. I would suggest you go somewhere to buy what you are looking for. "
"I ordered five Sandisk micro SDHC 8 GB Class 4 memory cards from the Flash Memory Store on June 30, 2010. The Flash Memory Store sent five Sandisk micro SDHC 8 GB Class 2 memory cards which I received on July 7, 2010. I immediately sent an electronic communication to the Flash Memory Store explaining that I had received Class 2 cards when I had ordered Class 4 cards.
Elena K. sent a response within one and a half hours authorizing the return of the cards at absolutely no expense to me, and authorized a full refund of the purchase price including shipping charges. She explained that the Class 4 cards were out of stock and the Class 2 cards were sent to insure that I would have the products within a reasonable period or time.
I returned the cards Friday morning via UPS using the return mailing label that the Flash Memory Store provided via electronic mail. My credit card posted a complete refund the following Monday afternoon. I find that remarkable customer service. This was my first purchase from the Flash Memory Store; however, it will not be the last.
I have read many of the negative reviews regarding this store. My experience with the Flash Memory Store resulted in complete satisfaction.

"I ordered a 8GB MicroSDHC card from this company that supposedly included an adapter to regular SD. They only shipped me the card with no adapter so now I can not sync it with my computer without buying another adapter or sync device. Repeated e-mails to the company only yielded one reply with a picture of what I should have been sent (the mico and the adapter) and a brief note stating that I should look closer at what I was shipped (like I can't tell when an adapter that is 3x the size of the card is missing). I could not get any further response. I even told them that I had not opened the original package and all they had to do was send me the correct shipment and a return label for the incorrect shipment...nothing. I will never shop there again and would warn anyone from doing so. "

"I've ordered items that were 'In stock' and 10 days later it's still not shipped. They say they sent me an email to ask me to call them, but I have nothing from them in me Junk folder, so they must be lying. In 10 years of ordering online, I never had such a painful buying experience. The fact that they take 2 days to answer an email doesn't help."
"Ordered a dashboard mount for my GPS on 12/19/2007. Two weeks go by without a trace, I call & email the company on the status with no response. On 1/24/2008 I get a ship confirmation from them! Over 1 month later they decide to ship!!! I had already purchased one locally, so I just returned the one I got from Flash Memory Store to the local reseller.

"Attention: Do not expect the item you shop for at this store to be in stock even though their website says it is in stock. I ordered an Olympus 1GB xD Memory Card type H and the order went through and my credit card was charged. I received an email the next day stating that it was out of stock and would be substituted with a Fuji brand. I called their famous excuse of a customer service department which is an answering machine and told them to cancel the order. I also emailed them stating the order needs to be canceled.
Later that evening I received a phone call from a salesman who wanted to inform me that they can not fulfill the order because it is out of stock but that he is going to send me a substitute. I told him, "Absolutely not!!! Cancel the order." He then said that they would send my order when it is back in stock. I got real mad and told him that I demand he cancel the order and that I have emailed and left phone messages stating such. He finally acknowledged that the sale was over and said they would credit my card. That remains to be seen.
Why should online shopping be this inefficient. I wish that I had read the reseller reviews for this site to start with. I usually do, but the Flash Memory Store is a yahoo merchant so I assumed they were of good repute.
Finally, what really ticks me off is that they are still doing the bait and switch i.e, pretending to stock a hard to find item and then once they've billed your card, they call you to tell you they are substituting the item with an inferior or common item. Olympus Brand xD cards have a code that unlocks master software features. Fuji does not have the code. You pay extra for Olympus brand, especially Type H high-speed cards.
I know that this is true because I've been going back to their website to see if they change the item availability icon from "in stock buy now" to "out of stock" or "temporarily unavailable". Guess what. They never changed it."
"I ordered a simple 2 GB SD flash card, it was supposedly shipped 12/11/07, but this company is so incompentent, they can't get it to me. It has circulated through the mail system ever since, going back and forth between IL and FL. Their only phone number is an answering machine. They do not respond to emails. I checked their record with BBB, it is the worst I've ever seen. NEVER order from this company. You would be better off making a charitable contribution to them - at least you would know for certain that you are getting nothing in return."
