"Pretty much nothing went right for me; I ordered the camera, but nothing happened -- evidently my order fell through the cracks. So I e-mailed the company, wondering if I had ordered from the bad company, and I got an almost immediate response and apology. They then upgraded my order to two-day shipping and threw in a memory card, but still nothing happened for a few days. I complained again, and they upgraded the shipping to overnight -- and this time the order went through without a hitch. I received my video camera the next day. Now, while I can't say I had the best immediate experience, Flashiso did everything they could to make it right after something went wrong. I hope that most everyone else's experiences will be less interesting than mine, but I can see how they earned their high rating on Amazon -- when something went wrong, they made it as good as they possibly could."
