"Placed my order and received shipping info promptly, had a routing issue with the carrier, problem was settled and a generous credit was given on shipping charge, what great customer service, I don't know if their prices are the lowest, I know there service after the sale was almost unbelievable, what a great place to do business,thanks again Tami, customer forever ! "I ordered two items from Flashlights4All, and during the packing of the box, they only put one in a box. They realized after sealing the box that they had not put both items in the box. They immediately packed up another box with the second item and mailed it. Then then emailed me to inform me of the error.

This is *fantastic* communication from a company, and I am glad to see it! I can understand a simple mistake like the one made. But the effort they undertook to fix the problem was timely and pragmatic. The communication is sheer bonus, because that tells me that they care about their customers.

I will be back!

"This is a wonderful small company. My gift order was processed immediately and I received the item very quickly (it was jsut as pictured and of very good quality)!! Their customer service department is understanding and informative....Great Company!!"

"My initial order was filled promptly, but I was disappointed when the item broke under normal use. I was a little past the 30-day return window, but they gave me the option of store credit or sending the item to the manufacturer for warranty replacement or repair. I opted for store credit and ordered another item which they shipped promptly, and which I'm happy with. Good communication and excellent service. Recommended."
