"I ordered two items from Flashlights4All, and during the packing of the box, they only put one in a box. They realized after sealing the box that they had not put both items in the box. They immediately packed up another box with the second item and mailed it. Then then emailed me to inform me of the error.

This is *fantastic* communication from a company, and I am glad to see it! I can understand a simple mistake like the one made. But the effort they undertook to fix the problem was timely and pragmatic. The communication is sheer bonus, because that tells me that they care about their customers.
