"I ordered microsoft outlook 2007 on September 10. They charged my credit card, then wrote it was out of stock and I did not receive a refund. I reported it to the BBB and they have not received any response yet, either. "
" I ordered 4 29 pin SAS to SATA cables from Flatrox because they had the lowest price. I paid for 3 day shipping because I needed the cables in a hurry to do a contract job.
Long story short: 2 weeks later I still have not received the cables. I called support several times and got very polite excuses from "Due to a server refresh, your order was lost" to "I Could not give you accurate shipping information because the PG&E explosion in Burlingame California caused problems on our servers in San Francisco"
I could not get a human voice to talk to when I called the support number, I had to wait for a call back. The person was helpful but for a week I kept being told "It should get there tomorrow" or "It should get there today" When I logged into my account at Flatrox, my order status just showed completed. I could not get any tracking information. When I finally got the tracking info from support, I was appalled to see that the expected delivery date was for tomorrow. Support, with the same information, said the cables "should be there today"
I should have paid more for the cables, from somewhere else, and recieved them when advertised.(I PAID FOR 3 DAY SHIPPING . IT HAS NOW BEEN 2 WEEKS!!)
I will think long and hard before I even CONDSIDER buying from Flatrox again. "

"I ordered a Canon camera on 12/16/09. I checked the Flatrox website a week later since my camera had not arrived and they decided to cancel my order. They were unable to deliver at the price they promised. There is still a $300 plus hold on my credit card. They do nor answer phones on weekends."
