"Flawless did have some bumps along the road but overall I am happy. They contacted me saying that they were moving to a new location and let me know it would take a little longer. In fact it did take a few more days but they upgraded my shipping.
When I received my computer it had a few problems with it, but it only took me 10 minutes to figure everything out and when I called in they apologized and walked me how to do it.
Overall I enjoyed their customer service since I did get in contact with them quite a bit. I was not happy about the length of time it took to receive my order but I got it about when I thought it would get here (which was 4 or 5 days after they said I would get it). The value I am very happy with, they set me up with a brilliant computer which has been worked great since I got it.|
If you are considering this company know what ordering from a smaller company really means. More value, but you might have to wait longer."
"I found this company via web searching.
Initially on January 28th I contacted him and he gave me a hundred dollar discount on my laptop and I decided to go with his company. I ran into problems right off the bat. He said that his credit authorizer was down so I would have to mail him a check in the mail for the money and he would give me an additional discount. I ended up foolishly deciding to do this and mailed him $2580. He then responded that the money had been accepted and my laptop was being built.
The initial estimated shipping date was January 9th. January 6th came along and he changed my order status on the website (without emailing me first, I had to contact him) and it now said that the estimated shipping date was January 19th. I emailed him and he would not give me a straight answer as to why it was pushed back but rather said It will ship between now and then. January 19th came around and I emailed him. He responded that it had been delayed again and it would ship before the end of the week. The end of the week came around and he still had not shipped the laptop so I emailed him and he said that computers were running a couple days behind and I could expect the laptop to be shipped at the latest Tuesday.
He has since that correspondence on Friday cut off all communication with me. He has not responded to one of my emails or phone calls and has obviously not shipped the product.
As of this time, I warn any potential consumers to stay away from this company.
Editted to hopefully comply with rules."
"At this time I am not very happy with Flawless Computers. Almost a month has passed since placing my order and I have not yet received the laptop I ordered. I was given a shipping date and when that passed I contacted Brian Smith and was told shipments were running behind a couple of days. I have made several attempts to contact the company but as of yet have not received a return call. "
"Two ship dates missed, said it was another 2 weeks to get my computer. Unacceptable... Asked for a refund with at least a trackning number and haven't heard back since and can't even get threw to speak with to brian smith. Stay away from this place, 1 hour call back is a joke. They get you to overnight them cash, when they can't come threw on the deal. They just leave you in the dark wondering where your hard earned cash is.
Buy at your own risk, check resellerrating forums on this place big thread about them currently.
If i get my money back ill give them a fairer rating. I guess will see."
"I purchased and paid for a system from Brian Smith of Flawless Computers on January 28 and it is now February 23 and still, no computer. I have emailed and called several times with no response. All I can hope for is that I get my $ back. They are THIEFS, so do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague.
Well I guess the bad review posted above is what it took to finally get a response from Flawless Computers. Frankly, I consider the respone below as a form of BLACKMAIL. What do you think?
"The refund is not initiated until the review is pulled. Contact Lara (****@****) letting her know the order has been cancelled and to remove the review. Once I hear from her I’ll initiate the refund."

"On 2-15-07 I ordered a $2389 computer from Flawless Computers. My payment via American Express was accepted.
Then, on 2-19-07, Brian Smith of Flawless emailed that the company could not accept on-line payment because he no longer had an online credit authorization service but that I could send them a check for the machine and save $100 or else Flawless would, "lose my business". (When did this loss of payment authorization service occur?) I responded by requesting a cancellation of the order and a refund to which Mr. Smith agreed by return email.
Imagine by consternation when I discovered he had withdrawn the $2389 on 2-22-07 for the machine anyway, even though the company could not deliver it as promised! Now, while AM EX is investigating my experience with this company, because I am not wealthy, I am forced to wait on the purchase of another machine which I really need for my work.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone even if it ran a half-price sale and gave away a monitor for each machine.
Please know that Mr. Brian Smith bills himself as the president of Flawless Computers. His address is 17664 E. Jamison Ave., Centennial, CO 80016-1813. An overhead view of this address appears to indicate a private residence.
And too, I have filed a grievance with the Criminal Fraud Division of my state's Attorney General's office and intend to file a complaint with the Attorney General of the state of CO."
"I am updating a posting I made a couple of weeks ago. After some initial cusotmer service difficulties I had with Flawless, I have received my system and am happy with the hardware I received.
Flawless is a very small company. They appear to be knowledgable about products and are eager to satisfy customers. On the other hand, when the owner was unavailalbe, I had difficulty reaching the company that caused me concern.
Overall I am unsure if I would recommend them to a friend. Probably yes, but I would qualify the recommendtion that the customer needs to value the high quality hardware and consultation over the ablity to be able to contact flawless when needed and have prompt responses."
