"I have ordered flowers from Fleurop Hungary. I paid for a medium size arrangement (which was pictured on the web site), but sadly the bouquet that was delivered was substantially smaller, about a third of the size of what was advertised. When I contacted customer service with photo evidence, they did not offer any compensation or refund, just a lame "explanation" that this is all they could put together for the price. As the photo is NOT a true representation of the product, it is false advertising! Completely unacceptable customer service. (Unfortunately, in my experience, this is quite typical in Hungary).
I will never use this company again. "
