"I ordered three Fleximount overhead garage storage from their website on 3/21/2021 for a total more than $400 due to their promotion price better than their Amazon store. Payment was immediately made via Paypal. However, by 4/3/21 I still hadn't received any shipping notification. I logged into my Flexispot web account and found the order was cancelled but no refund made. I chatted with an agent immediately and the agent told me their buggy system cancelled order randomly and refund was not able to be issued. They were still working on it. I had to open a Paypal case to get my money back. I guess by the time Paypal will reolve they will keep my $400+ for well over a month to help with their short term financing need."
