"I paid for top of the line according to flooring King and within 13 months problems occured with flooring separating and bulking at the union of the planks... call company and they told me the warranty is on the installers and blew me off...After seveal attempts calling company they seent another installer out and wanted me pay again for removal of flooring and pay for new flooring. The flooring box shows 30 year warranty on the box...can't locate flooring manufacturer..installers are less than professional and only give 12 month warrany....Looks like I will have to hire an attorney to get this company to do the right thing..... NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!"

"HORRIBLE. In over 25 years of being a home owner in South Florida, I have never encountered a more deplorable home improvement experience involving a negligent retailer and floor installation company than FLOORING KING. If it was possible, I would have left ZERO STARS. All the company and owner (Antonio Sustiel) apparently care about is making a quick buck off the sale of their imported Chinese laminate wood floors. When complaining over the telephone to Mr. Sustiel, he used derogatory and profane language to me.
When it comes to the actual installation job and details of putting the floor in, they are worse than an absentee landlord. I made the mistake of paying them 100% upfront for the flooring materials and was instructed to pay the installers when the job was completed, "ok, no problem" I said. At my request, the installation date of my floor was made two weeks after the material purchase, which gave them plenty of time to schedule and plan the job.
To begin, Flooring King does NOT utilize company employees to install, they "sub out" the installation to 3rd party individuals that are poorly qualified and the majority of them do NOT speak English (at least the individuals that came to my house). So, explaining the finer details of the job was next to impossible. Even after explaining the important details to an English speaking manager regarding floor leveling, door transitions, caulking, etc., they were routinely ignored. As a result of this subbed out mentality, Flooring King has zero quality control. It’s up to the home owner to navigate and negotiate any problems due to shoddy workmanship.
Now the torture begins, on the day of my installation, three non-English speaking men came to my home and looked around for approximately 30-40 minutes but NEVER come back to do any actual job. The manager tells me to "speak to Rodin", but Rodin NEVER answers his phone and will only return text messages at his leisure. Later that evening, I am NOW told by Rodin to expect a visit from a "Pablo" who will do my job, except that Pablo ALSO passes on my job and tells me: "you should cancel your order with Flooring King...they have cheap material and bad installers...you should have read the negative reviews."
At this point, I know I'm in big trouble, but they have already been paid in full for the material. Later that day, I receive a third visit from a third contracted Flooring King installer who finally delivers the material and promises to come the "following Monday" (two days later) to install. Keep in mind, I intentionally scheduled a Saturday (weekend installation) so I could be present, as I work during the week.
To further summarize the misery, I was promised a one day install that took FIVE DAYS and the job was NOT completed to any minimum level of tradesmanship. After so many delays, the installers promised to be done on Thursday, then they promised to be done the following day (Friday) and then they promised (again) to be done the following day (Saturday), but did NOT show up Saturday, which meant my house was a complete disaster, inside and out, for a Sunday night Halloween gathering.
Furthermore, the final install has enumerable poor cuts exposing OPEN JOINTS and VOIDS in the floor and base boards. The installers destroyed my existing base boards that were supposed to carefully removed and re-installed (as per the sales agreement). I had to spend an additional $600.00 on the purchase of new baseboards to replace the ones they ruined and now I have to paint them. Additionally, the installers made a horrendous over cut on my custom baseboard for the kitchen island that necessitates the purchase, painting and installation of all new molding.
The installers refused to put back closet doors they removed. And during those five miserable days, the installers came late every day and mostly left early (4pm). One two separate days, only one installer instead of two installers were actually on site and worked. They never cleaned up the significant mess they left behind and refused to haul away their waste. To keep them working, I personally went to Home Depot on three separate occasions to purchase floor thresholds, finish nails, tap-con nails, caulking and drill bits. This amounted to another $250.00 out of my pocket, which they were financially responsible for.
In closing, even despite the never ending nightmare and substandard work, I paid the installers in full. If you're in the market for a new wood, laminate or vinyl floor, I would seriously recommend to AVOID Flooring King and shop for a professional company that is more responsible and does quality work.

"We're very pleased with the high quality of work done by FlooringKing installers. We had flooring installed throughout the whole house. I contacted Antonio on a Monday and the installers were there the Tuesday morning as Antonio promised. We had approximately 1900sq feet of flooring to put down. The installers started at 9:30am and was done by 7:00pm. The job done was extremely professional and neat. They even installed the molding and did an outstanding job cleaning up as they worked. "I can't stop smiling while looking at my new floors and stairs. I can't believe what 'Angela' had arranged! She's fabulous! I've never done anything like this before. I gave her the measurements, and explained what I had in mind. The company is in broward county and I am in palm beach. I didn't have time to go to the showroom. And, I had a yard sale planned for that Saturday. I wanted the flooring done ASAP. I had carpet. She sent me pictures of the colors she picked out from having our conversation. I agreed on the colors. The installers came on Saturday while I was having my yard sale,which was perfect,they weren't in my way and I wasn't in their way. After the yard sale,I was so tired,I just put all my left overs in my patio and went inside to my room,meanwhile they were still doing the flooring. They let me know they were finished and advised me to see all the completed work. I just couldn't believe it! It was done with such perfection! Then, I noticed the edging,(molding). It had also been replaced with a taller and modern molding! I never thought of asking about that stuff. 'Angela' once again took care of my design ideas thru our conversation. She did it all! Everything is right! Then,I also noticed they totally cleaned up everything! The old carpet,removed. "I contacted flooring king via phone and was lucky to have Antonio answer. From my first contact to the final process he was upfront and honest in all his dealings with my two companies. Although he was almost 3 hours away from my spa in Cape coral he agreed to do our sale and install. At my end we had a nightmare situation with a flood that destroyed our floors and a even worse problem with an uncooperative landlord who didnt want to release my insurance check so that we could replace with new. Antonio was patient and provided everything that was asked to a make it happen. Without him it could never have taken place. "About 2 years ago I was shopping for Wood Laminate floors, I looked at lots of places, ultimately I picked another company to come do the flooring. A year later I had all of that wood scrapped and decided to tile the floor.
