"Flooring king are a bunch of thieves, starting with the so called owner "ANTONIO". This so called business swing doled me of $1144 in laminate peel/glue floors. When I tried to installed these laminate floors, I quickly realized the floors had been stored too long at ANTONIO'S unventilated and un aired conditioned warehouse. The glue had lost it's strength because it was soft making hard to handled,installed and once installed it would come out through the sims. What a mess it was,glue everywhere . I contacted ANTONIO immediately by phone, and his response was, that I was not installing it properly plus some lip service. I stopped by his oven/warehouse to confront him and show him in person the cooked laminate, and once he covered his hands with industrial glue trying to show me how to install two pieces, he turned around and blamed it on me and blamed me for storing the floors outdoors therefor the glue becoming loose and messy. ANTONIO'S solution, "can't take these floors back nor give u credit, but u can buy more floors from me and I'll give u a nice discount because I like you". MY ADVICE TO U CUSTOMERS, TAKE YOUR BUSSINESS TO A REPUTABLE LIGIT BUSSINESS."
