"Purchased a shower pan from Floorlife. Was delivered broken in half clearly visible damaged. Delivery person said to refuse and noted it on shipping slip. Floorlife's policy is for the customer to take delivery of the product and just note it on the shipping paper that it is damaged. I refused delivery and if you do there policy is to charge you for the shipping back. Great policy! Called immediately and spoke to a Cory who told me he would see what he could do and call me back. After 5 days no call back. It's like it is my fault that the product came to me damaged. No sense of urgency! We will see how long it takes to get a replacement which should have been day one."
