"I ordered for my wife's birthday, nothing arrived and no number to call and to answer to my emails. Basically this is a fake company stealing people's money. I am doing investigation and will report them to google and find out where do they operate from and will file a police claim. I am not the only one whose been tricked by this fake site, I am in contact with few people who were victims and soon will catch those thieves. "
"Terrible customer service. Terrible outdated and unprofessional website. I ordered Next Day Flower delivery to Tokyo. They responded by email that the address provided had scrambled characters. That's because their website changes the characters. I provided a response with the correct address. They then responded stating they have been trying to contact me for a verbal confirmation in order to process my credit card. Never have I had to do a verbal confirmation for a credit card transaction. I have had no missed calls on my phone nor any other emails. I responded with my cellphone number to confirm. No response. In their email signature, it states "LIVE CHAT Available around the clock." I have been trying to use it and get in contact with someone since the last email and there is no response. It's now mid-day, and my "same-day" order is still not processed, and no contact. Terrible service. Don't bother with this company."
"I would attach emails if I could. I ordered and paid for flowers for Mother's Day...she never got them. Richard Fullham corresponded saying they would deliver by 14th. No later than 17th. Didn't happen. Another email apologizing but he cancelled the order, offer $5 for future order and did not change my debit card. Lie! Day I ordered, he took my money and never delivered. Their website down and can't get thru on phone#. Further checking, I am not the only one he did this to on Mother's Day orders.DONT USE FLORA2000"

My mother never received her flowers to this day, the phone number listed on their website has been "out of service", and I was still charged. So, my mother never received her flowers and they took my money. Please give this serious consideration before any purchases you might make from them."

They never called or delivered the flowers. Claimed they delivered. They did not. I notified customer. service and got run around, despite promises to investigate.
