"We placed an order Feb 2021 to be delivered at a specific day and time. The order was delivered one day later and at a different time (when nobody was at home)The recipient was sick and could not go to collect the flowers.

The flower shop refuses to call the numbers provided because it is in another country out of France (CH border to FR).We claimed reimbursement but it was not done. We reschedule the delivery of the flowers and so far nobody replies to our emails. Via telephone they charge to answer the call and once you are on the call a machine asks for the order number with 8 digits (our order has only 6 digits so the machine doesn't accept it).

Via the FLorajet FaceBook someone claims that they will contact us and solve the issue but nobody offers a solution..."

"I sent flowers to my grandmother I received a mail to say they would be delivered between 11 and 12 the day they were supposed to be delivered only they never came. I sent an email mail they sent an apology asking for the full address again which I gave them they said there was a mistake in the address which I checked and it was correct i sent them another mail saying I had checked the address that it was correct ...no response I sent several mails after this and they never replied £25 down the drain !!!! I will never use them again and do not recommend them at all
