"Don't order from this company if your flowers must arrive on a certain day, especially same day. After my online order had a problem, I had to call them twice and email several times to make sure I could get the same day delivery that is advertised all over their site. Ultimately, the flowers were a day late and they told me that "no flower store delivers on Sundays." Had that been posted under their advertisement of "Same Day Delivery," I would never have ordered from them. In my case, the flowers were for my uncle's funeral so that day made a big difference for me. "
