"I attempted to cancel the order seconds after I placed it when I noticed they charge the same amount for fees as they did for flowers. Three calls and three emails later and they did not cancel the order or ever respond. Extremely poor service."
"Placed an order for same day delivery and had the worst experience ever. First I did write the confirmation # down wrong but when I tried to track it it asked for my e-mail address and I was never prompted to put in e-mail address. I paid for 4 hour delivery and when I called the recipient they had not rec'd them yet. and that was 7 hours later. When I tried to call to complain all I got was a run-around and could never leave a message to get a call back and same thing on their website for customer support. Found out that they were delivered but 9 hours after I placed it. I did finally get thru and they said they would refunf the express delivery charge but would call me to talk about the complaint, that never happened. Will never go thru them again and will pass this on to others as well"
"Very Worst company EVER! ordered flowers for Mother's day and was supposed to actually have them delivered. Paid extra to deliver on Mother's day and they NEVER EVER showed up. plus a $40 order turned into a $103 order for NOTHING. can't get in touch with them and it's 20 days later. They finally wrote back yesterday (19 days after Mother's day) stating the delivery was en-route. DO NOT WASTE your money or time with these scumbags. Called AmEx and reported them for stealing my money. I don't see how they can still be in business. Too bad they don't allow "zero" star ratings. I am sick about having to give them one star."
"This site showed up as a top result in my CANADIAN local. $36 for the flowers I wanted? Great! $19 service fee, $10 sales charge, $15 delivery charge, $5 express 4hr delivery charge, gst. And... my flowers don't arrive. I phoned to inquire (because the tracking links don't work) and requested a refund on my express delivery charge - the customer service rep laughed that '4hr delivery is not guaranteed'. I knew about the charges, but the online coupon did not deduct the $19.00 as promised. No mention of currency anywhere. Just looked... wtf!? This is in USD? So, add 18% and I'm at a $96CAD order for a small bouqet of $36 flowers. The customer review and feedback links don't work - hence they somehow have this fantasy of a 5star Google rating - ya right. We all know where the real reviews are. They're right here! DON'T ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! "

"No clue how this company managed to appear like a 4+ star rated company. All I am seeing now - post ordering from them - are negative reviews.
I ordered two arrangements. First, the hidden fees on this site is insane. A "$40 discount" and a $29 arrangement somehow becomes over $80 after nebulous little fees that are only shown on the very last order page and in a type font so small, I'm sure most people miss them and press the button to complete the order.
I paid extra to have an arrangement delivered the SAME DAY to my wife who is out of state and was having a bad day. They guaranteed delivery that day. I hadn't heard from my wife by the end of the day where she was, so I called Flower Delivery Express. They couldn't even find out where the arrangement was being created let alone where it was. They offered me a $5 discount. REALLY?? It ended up getting delivered the following day - not exactly what I wanted. If I had read the bad reviews, I would have ordered through a local florist - which is exactly what I'll do in the future.
The second arrangement was for my mom's birthday the following day after my order. Once again, they charged a fee for "guaranteeing" delivery on that day. Can you guess what happened? Yes, they did NOT deliver it on that day and I had my mom looking for "a package" all day on her birthday. She was excited and then disappointed that nothing arrived.
I called this morning and again was offered a $5 discount. "We had a glitch in our computer system." I opted to finalize the order and have them deliver the flowers the day AFTER my mom's birthday, but they were 0 for 2 with me and I will never order from them again.
Being a small business owner myself, I should have simply called the local florists in the areas I wanted them delivered. Instead I went for the expediency of visually seeing a photo of what I wanted and clicking the order button. Never again.
Keep your money (instead of just a portion of it) in the local economy where you're flowers are being delivered and call a local florist."
"What a rip off!! This flower company overcharged us after delivering flowers that were much cheaper than the ones ordered, four days AFTER the promised shipping date! We paid $180 for three bouquets of daisies!! When I called customer service they sent me to a recording… NOTHING was done. I will be leaving negative reviews on every site until I get a partial refund!!"
"Very deceived business. You are shown a price with shipping and you accept, the site jumps to a new frame adding an additional $13 to the shipping charge and various small charges. I tried canceling the order the next day. What a headache. They needed my email address to access the order NOT the order number. Very strange. I asked to speak to a supervisor, no luck there. Eventually I was sent somewhere to talk to someone about canceling my order. I gave up after 35 minutes of being on hold. Ordered flowers from FTD. BEAUTIFUL!!!! I tried canceling the order via my credit card and that did not work. I was still charged. When these flowers showed up, they were over half dead. Stay away from these people."

"Okay, this is the worst flower delivery purchase I have ever done, and I do that very often.This time, since the destination was in Montreal, I had to switch website and pick one which delivers to Canada.
So, I picked this website and on that I chose the "greater" option just to make sure my boyfriend will get a nice bouquet for his doctorate graduation! The flowers delivered are absolutely nothing similar to the picture! And they charged me $82 for it. I have attached the picture of the delivered flowers and the website picture for you to compare.
Not only the color of the flowers are not the same, they are pretty old and the ribbon they used is a very cheap one. DO NOT PURCHASE from them.

"DO NOT USE - Between the hidden fees, no real customer service, and the order is already 2 days date for delivery. I guess if you have them sent to a place next door to their shop it might arrive on time, but given they can't even talk to you on the phone and the online customer service form does not work I seriously doubt it.
I have never been so disappointed when ordering flowers!"
