"Ordering from here was an AWFUL idea and experience. The same day delivery according to the time zone and zip code is a joke. I ordered a blue hydrangea in a nice ceramic pot and a balloon for a get well gift...not what was delivered. My sister received half dead yellow and red mini roses in a plastic container and an I love you balloon, which also DID NOT seem to be of equal price value for what I paid for the hydrangea. They were NOT delivered when promised! I'm so disappointed and so angry. I called to complain and all they wanted to do was give me a gift card to use, where else, with them....NOT going to happen. They told me they couldn't deliver the hydrangea because it was a same day delivery...thats B.S. It wasn't delivered the same day anyway!! and if they can't deliver the flowers they offer with same day delivery then they shouldn't be in business. I Would not recommend this service to anyone. I wish I would have seen these other reviews before I even ordered.
In addition, I just checked my credit card statement and flower delivery express charged me TWICE!!! The second charge is for a totally different amount, so I have now clue what it could possible be for. I am so DISGUSTED in this company because I can't get a hold of someone on the phone so I had to go through email and they seem to refuse to acknowledge that they charged me twice and were not authorized to do so. They are still only offering me a gift certificate and no refund of not one charge, BUT NOW TWO CHARGES!!! I think its time to contact the BEtter Business Bureau!!

"HORRIBLE!I placed an order the day before i wanted it delivered to ensure they had enough time.. even though it says same day delivery. I put in the message box to please deliver on or before 11am, to avoid lunch time.. I called at 11:45 and the lady said it had left 30 min ago. I called back at 2:30 because it had still not been delivered, she said they dont deliver in the Dallas area unitl the afternoon. So the previous lady just lied to me to get me off the phon, how nice. THEN i was sent a pic of ehat was delivered, and one whole side had wilted and dropped and the edges were brown. So i call to let them know that i was not happy with what was delivered, and after being place on hold for 20 min, she said that herself, and the local florist had contacted the recipient and asked her how they looked. EXCUSE ME, I AM THE BUYER AND I WAS NOT SATISFIED AND THE RECIPIENT WASNT SUPPOSE TO KNOW WHO THEY WERE FROM SO THEY RUINED THAT AS WELL. the lady was rude and when i asked for a refund, or different ones to be re-sent ( i even offered to pick out ones that were cheaper than the original) she said it wasnt up to me, that they would call the recipient again and if they wanted different ones sent, then it would be worked out between them, but I was not getting a refund. Booo this makes me sick.. customer service does not exist anymore"

"I tried to have them deliver flowers to a dying friends father and was guaranteed same day delivery. It is late into the next day and I can only hope they are delivered before he slips into his final coma. When I call and email for status, I get someone telling me they are checking on it. He has days to live, and worse, maybe only hours of consciousness. I'm disgusted by the lack of commitment, service, and importance they put on their own guarantees. Not even a curtesy email to warn me they wouldn't live up to what I've paid them for. The family has actually asked me to cancel so they can leave the hospital to buy flowers for me before it's too late for him to enjoy. This is reprehensible false advertising. "

"TERRIBLE. I ordered flowers and what I paid for I didn't get. They offered a different excuse and resolution every time I called. All they did was send me more money off future orders. They responded to my disputed transaction on my credit card that "I accepted" the money off future orders, but all they did was send them to me email. I will never use them again."

" If delivery date and time is crucial, I would buy elsewhere. Yesterday I ordered flowers from Flower Delivery Express for my wedding anniversary for same day delivery. They were NOT delivered. Disappointed and mad, this morning I did what I should have done in the first place--read the online reviews. Based on the many negative reviews telling similar stories (I also got the "order delayed" e-mail after it was too late too do anything about it) I knew not to cut this company any slack. I immediately called my credit card customer service to dispute the charge. With the credit card customer service rep. and me on the line, the agent at Flower Delivery Express tried to say they would be delivered today, but we insisted on a full refund, and eventually were promised by a manager that the charge will be credited by 4PM today. I'll be checking my account to make sure it is; if not, my credit card company (Capital One) has said they will take any necessary additional steps to make sure I get a refund. THAT is what customer service looks like!

If your order is delivered when you requested, lucky you! If not, don't waste time dealing with Flower Delivery Express' agents...all the reviews say that goes nowhere. Just go straight to your credit card company and dispute the charge ASAP if you want to have any hope of a refund.

"This is the worst company I have every delt with. the flowers that were delivered were not even the flowers I ordered. I ordered a combination of a pink flowers and vase. They sent 1 dozen red roses. This is the last thing I would have sent to this person, as they are not fond of red roses. I ordered the arrangement well in advance half were dead and none of the others opened up. Thanks, not like it was an important occasion, only MOTHERS DAY, YOU FREAKIN MORONS!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never order from this company again. The lady I spoke to in client relations was nice enough, but did not tell me they did not send the arrangement I ordered and I did not find out until I spoke to my mom on the phone. Also, I did get them to refund the cost of the flowers, not the $18.99 processing fee. Now that I know they didn't even send the correct arrangement, I will be calling back to get the rest of my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

"I placed an order online and immediately cancelled it because it ended being much more expensive than what was advertised. When I cancelled, I was told I would only get about half my money back because some of the fees were non-refundable. BEWARE this is a scam outfit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FLORIST."

"This company is a scam, so be careful and do not waste your money. They copy and paste photos from the Internet and say they would match the product or make it similar to what they post. It is a lie and they should not be allowed to do business. We should all keep writing reviews until we either drive them out of business or force them to do real business.
The flowers received were not even close to the order and had a pot with horrible quality and inappropriate occasion text which was an embarrassment so do not waste your money

"I usually order flowers for my wife and my mother, etc. through another national delivery service. For Valentine's day this year I thought I'd try your company.

Unfortunately, my wife was less than satisfied with the flowers she received from your company yesterday.

Firstly:
Because we both work, I needed to have the flowers delivered on Feb. 13th in order for her to be able see them and enjoy them before 8:pm on Valentine's day. Unfortunately, you missed the delivery date and my wife had no flowers all day on Valentine's day.

Secondly:
When I got home last night and unboxed the bouquet, the petals on the little daisys were squished and wrinkled; The roses were starting to wilt, and the "iris" looking flowers in the bouquet were turning brown and starting to wilt already. (If you wish, I can send you pictures I took of your bouquet last night upon arrival.)

Thirdly:
I requested a "Gift Message" on my order form, but the message was nowhere to be found when I unboxed the flowers.

Fourthly:
I asked for a Mylar balloon to be included in my order, and was charged for it, however, there was no balloon delivered.

Obviously, I am very disappointed with this delivery.
The flowers were late, the blooms were old, the order was incomplete. What more can I say?

$67.95 for major disappoinment.

I sent this in an email to ****@**** the day after the incident, but weeks later, I've received no contact.

"Do not use this Flower Delivery Express. This is my first time to ever write a review, but it is essential that this company does not get your business. I ordered a "deluxe" little boy wagon arrangement for my grandson's arrival. The flowers arrived on time. But, there were very few flowers. The picture of the "deluxe" arrangement with the little toy wagon online is brimming with blooms. I wish I could post a picture of what was actually delivered for you to see. What a Waste! of Money!!! and a total disappointment. I feel embarrassed to have sent such an inadequate gift, while Flower Delivery Express charged me for the Deluxe version. We were so cheated. Stay Away From Flower Delivery Express, even though pictures "representing" their arrangements look really good. "

"BUYER BEWARE. USE A DIFFERENT SERVICE.
I searched for a florist for a specific zip code and Flower Delivery Express came up. I ordered flowers Thursday morning for Friday delivery. Sat I received a fed-x email that they have shipped. My call with customer service informed me that they don't have delivery to that area, they sent it fed-x, didn't notify me and hopefully the flowers will be delivered Monday, maybe.
No refund on lack of service, but I could cancel the order or just hope the flowers aren't dead when they arrive some time next week.
