"I almost let some negative reviews stop me from ordering from Flower Girl Dress For Less. However our local store couldn't supply the dresses my daughter wanted for her flower girls so I took a leap of faith and placed the order. I am so glad I did! The dresses were the exact same ones we tried to get locally (right down to the model number)and the price was only 1/3 of what our store was asking. I got 2 dresses and paid the shipping to Canada for the same price as 1 dress would have cost here. Their customer service responded promptly to my questions regarding availability. I followed their measuring instructions carefully and the dresses fit perfectly! The quality of these dresses is amazing! I was so impressed that I also ordered a suit for the ring bearer. The suit arrived today and is just what I wanted. Excellent service, excellent quality and great prices! All you could ask for! "

"Flower Girl Dress for Less really came through for us and with a beautiful head to toe look for our little princess. I will admit we waited until the last minute to make this purchase. We assumed that living close to a major city would mean that we would have no trouble finding a beautiful dress. Well, after no luck I turned to the Internet. Luckily we found Flower Girl Dress for Less. We needed a white dress and had a HUGE variety to choose from. I found all the great dresses that I saw on other websites for a much better price and faster delivery. I came to Wedding Wire to read the reviews before I purchased. After reading the reviews I went ahead a made a purchase. We bought a dress, shoes, a headband, and bows all for about the price we would pay for a dress on other websites. Shipping was super fast (3 days :-)!!! Everything we purchased looked even better in person, on our little angel!! I was a little nervous about handing my very important order to an online business, but now I could not be more satisfied!!! Flower Girl Dress for Less saved the day for us!!!

"Unfortunately, my experience with FlowerGirlDressforLess was not a pleasant one.
I placed an order at the end of April for two beautiful flower girl dresses, both a size 6.
I received an initial email that said this item was out of stock and were awaiting new shipments from the manufacturer. I was told I would have the dresses by the end of May. This was plenty of time for our July 2013 wedding.
This past week, I emailed the company and asked for an update on the manufacturer's timeline. It was only then that I received a response informing me that the manufacturer pushed the date back once again til the middle of June. I became very upset, as one could imagine. Why should I be the one to reach out to you (the company) about an order I placed and its setback? Shouldn't you be contacting me? Needless to say, I became aggravated and frustrated and continued my order all while looking for the same dress at different retailers.
I found the same dress and had the same issue with the dress being out of stock. However, I was told I would have it in hand by the other company no later than June 10.
I have since cancelled my order with FlowerGirlDress for Less. I will admit that I had prompt email service but the idea that I had to inquire about the timeline only for them to supply information really bothered me. For this, I will not be working with them in the future nor recommending their website. If the company had been more upfront with communication, then I wouldn't have had such an issue.

"Ordered a boy's outfit on 6 May, and it arrived on 23 May (Australia). An initial breakdown in communication during the initial processing and dispatch caused some angst. CEO Belinda got involved to resolve the issue and she and/or a member of her team stayed in touch everyday until the order arrived. I thought that this was good customer service.

The suit itself is exactly as pictured on the website - the size is standard for boy's sizes, the quality is as anticipated and I am happy with the product and with the result. I thank the team and Belinda for personally following up and monitoring my order to ensure my satisfaction.

"Just as the reviews warned - the suit I ordered was "out of stock" and I can still get XYZ one if I prefer. Nope - no way. I could smell a problem miles away. I don't deal well with shady companies. Fact of the matter is - if it was out of stock then it should have been removed from the website. Exactly ten days later, it's still advertised as available for purchase. "

"Thank you so much!! I don't believe I've ever had such wonderful customer service and I do a lot of shopping online. I was rushed for time in getting this dress. You guys did everything possible to get it to me by Friday. It arrived on time. My very hard to please daughter was elated when she tried it on. "I am thankfully not a customer who had a bad experience with this company. I am very pleased. I was nervous after reading the reviews because, I too had bought a sale item. The dress came in the mail today and it is absolutely perfect. The measurements are exactly what I was anticipating. The dress is flawless. Delivery was fast.
My daughter is 7 months old and the 6 month size fits her very well with a little room to spare (she is a tiny little thing). Perhaps the measurements of the other ages are where people have issues...

"I got my granddaughters dresses I ordered today and I am blown away. I live in Australia and was a bit hesitant about ordering a dress for my granddaughter on line but for the price I thought why not, what can I lose and even went ahead and bought two dresses. But instead of any disappointment I am flabbergasted. These dresses I purchased are for my granddaughter to attend my son’s wedding and now my husband and I think she will steal the show away from the bride. "Unless you want to exchange/return items because nothing you order will fit properly (based on their own sizing charts) DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. We had to alter our dresses (extra fee and hassle) the shoes did not fit properly (we had to return the first 2 pair and stuff the 3rd pair and the 4th flower girl couldn't wear hers long enough for photos due to the discomfort!) The shipping is fast and was typically free-but what good does that do if you have to return and re-ship??? No time saved after all of that and the return shipping sure isn't free.

THEN-they did not care about the fact that the socks we ordered fell apart an hour before the wedding (wont refund) They also do not care about the fact the we requested to return the 4th pair of shoes that the flower girl only wore for an hour because they hurt her so much. So basically once they have your money-you are sunk. Pay the little bit extra and buy from a bridal store that you can deal with in person. This experience was a nightmare!!!

In response to the "year late" response you posted....We also purchased 4 dresses. F*O*U*R. Check under Barb Hitch. Just because my Mother-In-Law placed the order does not mean that it didn't occur. Secondly, the fact that it took a year to respond is a direct reflection of the poor quality and support you offer to your customers, you should be ashamed. You RUINED what was to be an amazing wedding. Between my sister and I, the 4 pairs of shoes were returned twice. They were awful, poor quality, cardboard-ish shoes that I wouldn't allow my dog to use for a chew toy. The dresses were beautiful and I didn't even mind so much that the sizing was incredibly off and we had to pay for correct sizing. The socks were black-BECAUSE THE SHOES HURT. As I said before, after an hour she could not wear them. 1 pair of socks fell apart, not on the bottom but the flower fell off from the side. We felt cheated, ripped off and will never buy from you again. Guess what, my baby sister is getting married July 6th. Four flower girls again-and not a penny spent at your company. Try keeping up with your posts in a timely fashion and try to avoid threats about law suits. Paypal completely backed me up and gave me their full support because they were able to see your poor track record with customers and give value to my impeccable history both as a consumer and a sales person. It pains me greatly to take time away from my children to help others understand that your company would rather fight and throw stones vs. simply taking responsibility for the poor quality and even less respectable customer support. Shameful.

****Did you see that we did in fact purchase 4 dresses?? You attempted to "bully" me into removing my posts by threats with law suits. You did not have grounds for this. I didn't budge because others needed to have protection. I didn't remove the posts with the advice from Paypal. I was told in fact to NOT remove my posts. They confirmed their support in my experience with your company by refunding my money. YOU did not refund ANYTHING to me and that was why paypal said I didn't need to remove my posts. Paypal expressed sincere concern for the stress you were causing and read all of the empty threats you emailed as well. You are still lying and attempting to manipulate. If you feel like posting more lies, feel free. I am moving on because I feel justified in having posted the truth. You are lucky that I didn't involve the bride in an effort to not make her aware of all that happened with her flower girls. Maybe I ought to post videos from my beautiful girls who spent the evening in their socks because their feet hurt so badly? If I were out to bully you I would have used larger media sites (facebook, twitter). You have long list of unhappy customers and have successfully bullied many of them into removing their posts. I am not afraid of you and I spoke the truth. I hope that others have been spared by my post. Also, just so that everyone knows...I offered to waive my refund as it was less than $75.00 dollars and that isn't even petty cash. It's peanuts~I agreed to waive the refund offered by Paypal because I was NOT going to back down and remove those posts. Paypal refunded the money anyway to keep me as a satisfied customer. Post away, I'm the bigger person and I am moving on. Of course, I don't rely on good feedback to get a paycheck so I understand your desperate attempts to try and make me look like a liar. This is getting laughable and I have made my point. Anyone who reads this review and still purchases and item from your site is own their own and I wish them more success, better service and more respect than my family received. "Great place to find a pretty flower girls dress for a very low price. I justbought one here for my daughter, she's 9 and she's the flower girl in my best friends wedding next month. Very good sipping, arrived in about a week and the dress looks ever better than it did on the site.

I probably paid more than 70% off the usual retail price. Glad to have found this site - really helped me out.

"Hello,

I needed 4 flower girl dresses and I absolutely loved one of their model. Before placing my order, I read all of the comments (and most of them are very bad).
But I decided to give this website a chance as I REALLY loved one dress and couldn’t find anything better anywhere else.
I read everything about this website. It is in California and I live in California so in case there would have been a problem, I would have gone directly to their offices.
I very precisely measured my flower girls, checked many times to be sure and eventually placed my order.
I placed my order on a Sunday. It is said that for all orders places from Friday to Sunday, items are shipped on the following Tuesday.
On Monday, I got an email saying they’ve already shipped it! And on Tuesday, I got it. I opened it, checked all the measurements (4 dresses - size 4, 6 and 8 ) and they are all correct. The dresses look exactly like on the website. The description was totally accurate, and the sizes are corrects.
So I am very happy, it was super quick, cheap, and beautiful!

If you do want to order from them, make sure you get the right measurements, measure your girls many times to be sure, and it should be all right! Read deeply what is on their website and no bad surprises!

"I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The prices are cheap, dress I bought was nice, even email customer support was polite. But this company has a rigid refund policy. When I needed to return the dress, I emailed them asking for a "return number". I did not receive a "return number" email back but they told me they sent it to me. I explained to customer support and the store owner that I truly did not receive their email. I was still refused the refund because it was past their date. I was offered an exchange but have no use for an exchange at a wedding website. When I explained that, I was still refused a refund. I would not recommend shopping at this company.
