"If I could give zero stars to Flower Muse, I would. I have ordered from them 4 times within a year (twice for Mother's Day, once for Mom's birthday and once for a death in the family) and EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from them, my flowers are never delivered on time. I have proof in my email that when this happens, they use the same excuse and blame it on FedEx saying that there was a missed scan and my package got left behind. They have literally used that excuse every time I have ordered. The flowers arrive dried up and crunchy. These flowers are way too expensive to arrive in such a poor condition. The last time I ordered with them about a month ago, they gave me the missed FedEx scan excuse again and told me they would double my order of peonies for free for the inconvenience of not getting there the day I wanted them to. I asked my Mom if she received the amount they said and she said no and that the peonies were very dry, crunchy leaves, etc. So I contacted Gabby, called and left a message (because no one answers the phone there) and emailed her three times, with no response. Completely ignored me - very unprofessional. So I filed a dispute with my bank and got my money back. Horrible, horrible company. Will NEVER use this company again. "
"I am highly disappointed in the flowers that I received. I ordered 24 garden roses, 50 PINK ranunculus, 40 lisianthus, and 50 stems of baby breath. The expected delivery date was 05/28 but I only received garden roses with WHITE ranunculus. I then received an email saying that my pink ranunculus, lisianthus, and baby breath was delayed because of a flight delay and that the flowers are in "refrigeration" waiting to be delivered tomorrow morning 05/29. And they said I can keep the WHITE ranunculus for free. When I opened the flowers they did not look to fresh. The majority of ranunculus and rose stems were bent and drooped. The baby breath was just dried up. I followed the care instruction came with the package and waited at least 4-5 hrs hoping that they would perk up but sadly, they did not. I took pictures and sent to flowers muse as evidence. They contacted me saying that they "would never charge you for the flowers that you are not happy with". But despite the pictures sent to them, I am still being charged full amount up to this day. My wedding was the next day and luckily I did ordered bulk flowers of roses from Sam's and also had to run to Fresh Market in order to have enough flowers for our bouquets. I am very sad about the experience I had before my wedding. Hope this review help."
