Liars and day light robbery

"Dear Flower Aura,

I did not receive this order, yet the emails indicate that it has been delivered. This discrepancy raises serious concerns, and I can’t help but feel that I am being misled. It feels like a broad daylight robbery, which is absolutely unacceptable.

As a customer, I expect honesty and transparency from your service. Instead, I am faced with frustration and confusion regarding my order status. This lack of accountability not only affects my trust in your company but also reflects poorly on your business practices.

Be careful while placing an order with floweraura

"oday I ordered a flower bouquet delivery from floweraura on the occasion of marriage anniversary of my brother-in-law. I paid through UPI while ordering and it was a free delivery order. But at the time of delivery, the delivery person asked for payment to my brother-in-law’s wife saying that the payment for the bouquet had not been made. She had to call me to get it confirmed that payment was already done. When she produced the UPI payment details to the delivery guy, he asked for delivery charges saying that the delivery charges were not paid and picked an argument using harsh words. He also tried creating scene by telling neighbors that “These people are not paying my dues”. He did not leave the place until I called floweraura.

So, be careful while placing an order with these people. Certainly, you won’t like to go through such an embarrassing situation just for greeting someone with a bouquet.

screwed our birthday celebrations

"my order 5394506 for hyderabad, booked 4days before the delivery day, while booking the order it automatically selected a 12hour window, i was tracking every hour and it was showing process on the site and was continuously in touch with the live chat and they assured it will be delivered as per the schedule, even an hour before through it was showin processing on the site the chat agent assured me it will be delivered, and finally he informed me the delivery has started and was reluctant to give the number of the delivery agent, stating also it was raining in hyderabad, though it was a drizzle at our place, and finally it was not delivered till 100hrs."

Horrible!

"FlowerAura executive calls and asks me if I need to place any order, I tell them I am looking at some options which are not available at given location. They tell me they can place the order at their end and it will be delivered on time, I only need to pay. Two days later, on the date of delivery, I am called after the delivery slot is over that they cannot deliver the same product and I'm supposed to choose among children's birthday cakes to send as anniversary cake to my husband. Refund of the order will take 3-5 days."

Worst Experience

"1. Product was delivery before delivery date, so not good forum if you are planning for any surprise gifts for Birthdays or Anniversaries.

2. Package is very pathetic and not in a good presentable way, not professional enough.

3. If you are ordering Mug, please make sure while requesting for any additional words. Basic content etiquette is not followed by this company . Attaching the image for the reference. They added the name and half of the messge content in one line which looks so bad. They did not even contact customer to cross verify or confirm if that was the concern.

Looks like they have this products like mugs and even indoor plants getting delivered from Gurgaon. Which destroys the product ex like plant as plant bent shown in the image or even packed Mug, chances are there that the items may get damaged.

WORST EXPERIENCE.

WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS.

Poor service

"We had ordered cakes,chocolates,flower and sweets on July 4 th and because of lockdown they could deliver only cake and chocolates.its been two weeks we are asking flower aura to refund our money back for the the product they haven’t delivered.each time we talk to new executives and each of them reply it will be credited within 2-3 working days, and now its been more than 2 weeks.we get lame excuses everytime.they don’t stand by their words, cannot be trusted for their service ever again."

Pathetic service. Stale flowers delivered

"First order and I am sure it’s the last order I have placed. Days old flowers and Lilly used. Supposedly heart shape design is a cloth which a 3 year old kid can paste better. Ridiculous product and service. #pathetic #nomore ‬"

customer centric approach..

"great...she kept me engage...tried to find out different ways out.... Karishma nicely dealt with me n my situation...finally her effort made me happy and delighted.....
I always buy cakes, combos and flowers from flower aura n asked for guidance....but this time it was not scripted lines which always used by your executives…."we cannot commit". "We will try"... like these....
However, customer wants listen beyond this always.....
Karishma did it.. she tried...and get my order placed for today.... Also offered me discount....
best luck for her..keep it up... bright future...
