"I placed an order with this flower site to have a delivery for my mom in the hospital. The site said if order placed by 2pm that day, the delivery would be made on the same day. The website also promised no delivery charge or services charges. I placed my order around 12:30pm. I received a call around 3:30 saying that they could only find two florists in the area (this is just outside of Houston, Texas) that would deliver BUT they wanted a bigger order, an additional $10. I told them to cancel. Sounds like bait and switch to me!"
