"I placed an order at 7:08 am Swedish time on May 21st for delivery that day. Got a notification that they were ready for shipment late in that day, yet they did not arrive until 3 days later. So for 3 days they sat someplace with no water etc. - what do you think they looked like when they finally did arrive. However, I made out better than others who never even had their flowers sent and could get nobody to address their concerns at Flowers Sweden. Obviously a 1 star and would not recommend them to anybody"

I've contacted them with 2 emails and have had no response about my order, just simply my order status is "awaiting delivery". its now several days past the delivery date i asked for and still no response and I've paid!
Not really sure what to do other than report the company to my credit card agency. Would have been happy if FlowersSweden just told me before i paid that my order could not be completed for any reason rather than have me pay and give me the silent treatment.
