"This company is the worst ever. I booked with them a flight to Bangkok with Emirates. Emirates then changed the schedule which is not good for our plans, so I wanted to change the flight. I wrote through chat directly to Emiretaes and they told me that they would be happy to change my itinerary for free as I have every right to do so in this case according to their policy, but as I booked it through Flugladen, it must be them to contact Emirates and make the changes. So I wrote to Flugladen and they simply answered me that they cannot change it. I wrote to Emirates again and they confirmed me that it is a bul***it and a change can be of course made.
I wrote to Flugladen many and many emails since then and they never answered me. Total silnce, total fu**up with me. Flugladen is the worst company ever, the worst seller ever with the worst customer service ever. Avoid them at any cost. Use other sellers. Flugladen is definitely the worst one in the whole world.
By the way, I paid extra fee to Flugladen for a better customer service when I booked the flight. This is how "a better customer service" looks like? Not communicating at all?? Really, they are the worst!!!"

I just spent over 15min on the phone waiting for someone to answer but no one would answer back. On top of that they charge around 0.70 eur/min so it costed me 10euros listening to their music :/
