"The worst customer service ever!
In addition I have booked Azerbaijan Airlines. In their confirmation was link to the Jet2.com site. In the meantime (from September this year) emerged new airline - Buta Airways. I had to look for everything.
In addition I have reserved hand luggage in Azerbaijan Airlines. In Buta Airways there is additional fee for hand luggage. So now, my flight ticket is only with coast, small women bag or laptop.
The fully REFUSED any answer, any covering the fee of 50 EUR, and the staff is rude!
Worst, worst ever! Now way in Poland."

"I booked a flight from Berlin to New Delhi on 29 December, they deducted money two times from my account. One for successful transaction and second time for cancelled transaction , which they took with force transaction method. I sent them email but no reply. They are also not receiving my call on customer care number. Very bad customer care service I waited 20 minutes on phone but nobody received.
