"Communication is terrible. Customer service is horrific.

I had originally place an order in Aug 2010 for a Ceton Cablecard Tuner. My credit card was finally charged 3 months later in Nov 2010. I did not receive any confirmation notice once this charge was finally made. This caused some confusion for me, and I e-mailed the company to express my concern with the lack of communication with my order.

The company representative chose to blame and insult me personally instead of addressing the complaints by calling me a "moron" and "idiot". The best part was that he threatened me with a lawsuit if I posted negative comments about his company.

Do not buy from this website!!! You've been warned!!"
