"Honestly, I don't know why the other reviews said they had problems with customer service. These guys went above and beyond for me! I accidentally ordered a 9wt and needed a 6wt. When I called, they immediately answered. Frank told me I could send it back for an exchange. They would hold the 6wt for me so it wouldn't sell out. I had some complicating factors with shipping and they also took care of that. After I sent the return, I called to make sure it was received and the exchange would go through because it seemed like too many factors to magically happen. Well, Frank worked his magic and it all did go exactly as we discussed. The new rod was sent out the same day the received the one I sent back with the shipping info corrected. I can't recommend these folks enough. Great prices, great customer service, and and overall awesome shopping experience! "
