I placed two online orders and both times I was emailed that the items were out of stock. This after entering all of my personal and credit card information. When I called them to complain, they told me not to shop there! No problem ****!!!!!

"I got a call a few minutes after my online order to confirm some credit card questions. The salesman (Jimmy) was EXTREMELY polite and helpful. He just asked for my ID and Credit Card pics to confirm who I was. They straightened out the needed information and I had my product in less than a week. After some negative reviews on this page, I was a bit skeptical. I was so very pleasantly surprised. Not sure if the others were just competitors, or disgruntled customers for some other reason. I have ABSOLUTELY no reason to not use Flytec again. I would also recommend to others. Great experience. "
"Incredibly the most difficult company to try and place an order with. Their rules are not conducive to doing business. If my IT tech didn't want this order I would dump this company in a heart beat. If you don't have to do business with them I suggest you find a more customer oriented company."

"Went through online ordering process where they captured my shipping, billing, and credit card. Then got an email from them asking for a photo of my credit card and ID. Sent that (with critical items blanked out) and got a third email asking if I could use Paypal to pay.
Why would they gather all of this info only to tell me to pay via Paypal?
I cancelled my order and asked them to delete all of my personal information. Clearly they are not organized, and I'm worried that they may be using my personal information for other reasons.
I will never do business with them again."

Old product with outdated Cisco firmware with no way to get current firmware! If they were truly a partner of Cisco, they would have the ability to get their firmware updated on equipment they sell. Bought from Amazon, contacted them and they promised to resolve the firmware issue, still no resolution and no further response. Next step is to report them to Amazon and Cisco."

March 8th - Receive email asking to reorder using Google Wallet.
March 11th - Go to reorder using Google Wallet and find item now has 3x higher shipping cost(now $15+) as the cheapest option. Email company, asking to not use Google Wallet and for original agreed upon rates in the confirmation email.
March 13th - "The order has been charged and will be shipped ASAP."
March 18th - "Your order has left our warehouse."
11 days for my order to be shipped out. 11 days. I need these components for two reef tanks lighting systems. I cannot fathom how it can take 11 days to put two small power units into a box and ship them out.
There is also a 5/5 star rating for this company on this site by a user named flytechcomputer. Coincidence? If these components get here by the 21st I will update this review."

"I found them on Amazon and they had the best price for what I was looking for. Ordered on Sunday with standard free shipping. They shipped it on Monday and it showed up on Wednesday (from Florida to Ohio). Very satisfied with speed and product was new in box as advertised - no problems there."
