Son unos engañadores / mentirosos.
Dicen que si una compra no te llega en un plazo "X" llamémosle te devuelven el dinero o reenvían la compra.
El tema es que hice una compra y en la oficina de correo Argentina fue robado el paquete y no llego nunca al destino Uruguay. Les avise RMA y me dieron un pequeño % del dinero y que debía esperar unos 45 días y me devolvían el resto. Cosa que paso el tiempo y NO devolvieron el resto del dinero (53.47 dólares), dejo de responder o cuando lo hizo me dice que el resto cuando recuperen el paquete ellos, recordemos que fue ROBADO, ellos le reclaman al correo HK Post y tienen fácil solución, a mi no me dan ninguna y el tiempo sigue pasando.
NO lo recomiendo al sitio, se hacen los desentendidos y no ayudan en nada cuando hay un problema.
Muy mal empresa y poco seria.

Which step the time and returned the rest of the money (53.47 dollars), stopped responding or when did it tells me that the rest when they recover the package should remember that it was stolen, they claim to HK Post mail and have easy solution, I do not give me any and time is still happening.
Do not recommend to the site, the uncommitted are made and will not help anything when there is a problem.

"MISERABLE EXPERIENCE dealing with this FocalPrice company. Paid alot of extra money to have our purchase delivered extra fast, however the delivery process is instead EXTRA SLOW. Instead of a 3-4 days, it has now been 3 weeks! And FocalPrice is refusing to refund the Fast Delivery Charges too! This company cannot be trusted. "Stay away from them! The company does seem to work in an unethical manner. They claim everything is in stock, and then they mark things as shipped almost immediately. I am sure they do this since then we cannot cancel our order, and therefore getting refunded is quite impossible. Then the shipping excuses begin. Over 2 weeks now, and no sign of anything actually getting shipped. I rolled the dice on this company, and it came up snake-eyes. Next stop is PayPal to see if I can get my money back. Stay away from them!

I am not too sure what happened with this order from start to finish. It may be an issue with actual shipping, but nonetheless, not too happy the order took over 3 weeks to arrive. When I sent an email to customer service 2 weeks in, I received a rather useless email stating what I already knew. I also received an email from another customer service rep once I initially submitted the bad review on this site (at least they pay attention to the reviews).
My package did finally arrive. Hard to know when it was shipped, but when the tracking information was changed soon after it first shipped, I knew I was in for a long wait. It does seem like it got held up in a post office in Hong Kong, but still not happy it took over 3 weeks to get the delivery.
Here is the process:
1. Order placed on Nov. 14
2. Email claims order shipped on the Nov. 15
3. Email on Nov. 22 stating that "Considering the shipping is too slow recently, we decided to change the shipping method of your order xxxxxxxxxx to HK post with tracking number yyyyyyyyyyyyyy. We have finished the resorting and sent your order on Nov 19th."
4. As of Dec. 1, had not left HK post
5. Finally arrived in US on Dec. 6
6. Delivered on Dec 6
I'll try to stay away from overseas sales, since sometimes things just take too long to arrive"
