"I love the products Focal Price offers. The prices are also great. I find the shipping can be slow for some higher end items they sell, but it's quick for smaller items (I ordered a tablet and it took about 1.5 months to get to Canada, but when I order parts for my R/C cars or cords or batteries they will normally show up in a couple of weeks). I don't mind though, because the shipping is free and the prices make it worth the wait.

The customer service is excellent and always responsive. They are always willing to assist and I couldn't ask for anything more from them.

Returning items can be tough, I have had an RMA request in since July 31st and it's now Oct 17th and the item is still in limbo. This could be the postal service (item was not delivered until a week ago), but I'm not sure. Some improvements can be made there.

Overall I have to say I love Focal Price. I love the items for sale and I shop there on a regular basis. The prices and items make the shipping problems worthwhile and it's to be expected when ordering from China it seems. this the first time that I've bought something from abroad.
there are lots of interesting and cheapest item in there.
but I'm a little bit nervous about shipping , today is the 15th day and it hasn't been arrived , still waiting..
as the feedback that I got from other friends it shouldn't take more than a week as their experience.
