"AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! It has now been 55 days since I placed an order with FocalPrice and I have still received nothing.

When contacting "Customer Service" all I receive is a very generic copy & paste reply asking me to "Please wait a couple more days" or to contact Customs to check whether or not they have it??? How many more days after a month and a half is a paying customer expected to wait?

I have since requested a refund for this order but am not holding my breath on that one as I have heard enough horror stories on that to confirm my scepticism.

Please take my advice to save you the trouble I have had and AVOID giving this company any of your hard earned cash no matter how tempting their prices may be!"
