"I have shopped at FocalPrice for 2 years and return there from time to time depending on what I may need.
My last order for a watch was placed on July 29. I was informed tht shipping was within 24 hours although the confirmation was dated July 30.

This is very acceptabloe to me as shipping to Canada will be 3 weeks anyway and getting the product out the door quickly is important."

"Very disappointed again. My last order I paid for express delivery, and I eventually got my order 4 weeks later with an item missing and an item broken. my most recent order was placed on 31st July but not shipped until 04 August despite everything apparantly being in stock.
Customer service is crap. Instead of sending my missing item and refunding or resending a replacement for the broken item I was offered a third of the price of the product as compensation and a voucher for the price of the missing one, but I had to spend money to use the voucher and couldnt use it on any discounted items despite my missing and broken items being discounted already - I couldnt buy the same items again!!! I probably wont buy from focalprice again due to bad customer service, prolonged despatch dates, bad resolutions and having to engage in ridiculous amounts of communication to get a resolution. "
