The somewhat dated website gave me pause as did the conspicuous absence of the list of items in the box, so I called to confirm the contents to make sure that the price was not a result of selling the headphones without the normally included accessories. I was assured that the headphones were new in a sealed box including all accessories. I ordered via the website, received an order confimation via e-mail shortly after order placement followed by a UPS shipping notice. I received a sealed box with all the expected accessories just as promised. The great price included free 7-9 day shipping, but Digital Foto sent it UPS ground which arrived in 2 days. I will definitely consider shopping here again!"

"I ordered a Fuji A500 digital camera with the accessory underwater case on 12/14. That afternoon, digitalfotoclub sent me an email letting me know that the underwater case was out-of-stock and that inventory might not be available until March. They asked me if I still wanted the camera, and if I wnated to keep the case on order or cancel it.

I confirmed that I wanted the camera, and received a shipping confirmation the same afternoon with tracking numbers, and it arrived in about 5 days.

Even though they were out-of-stock, I was perfectly happy with the rapid notification and the fact that they confirmed that I wanted the camera even though the case was not available before shipping it."

But this time I did. There is 15% restocking fee that applies even to an unopened (i.e. rejected at the point of postal delivery) items. Well, that was in their policy and I knew that. What is not is that when they send you out an exchange, the price of it is quite arbitrary. They say price fluctuates, and in the end I was charged $15
more for a lens then it was on their website at the time I placed an order! Customer care was no help.
