"I've used them repeatedly over the last two or three years and have never been disappointed. Once orders are placed, they are basically boxed and shipped within the hour (or so it seems) and you receive them as fast as UPS can deliver.

Everything has always been exactly as specified on their website - with one little exception: One of my orders was for a US model lens. A day after ordering it, I received an email apologizing that the US lens was not in store but that a Grey Import was available. I was given basically three options: Cancel the order, wait for the US model to be restocked, accept the Grey Import. I decided to accept the Grey Import because digitalfotoclub included a 5 year international warranty and a set of three filters in their offer. I found this to be satisfactory and received my lens shortly afterwards.

I have found digitalfotoclub to be the only true alternative to that other big online camera store located in NYC. They are simply fantastic."

"In search of a second Fuji S3 camera, I found digitalphotoclub.com to have a really good price, basically, a too good to be true price, but I called anyway.
I was leery, I had been recently burned by another store on what was promised to be a USA model, but was not.
I reached a sales rep named Ken, seemed like a nice honest guy, and was honest and up front with me. At no time did he try to sell me anything I did not want. When he asked me about extended warranty and I explained that I had great business insurance that covered that stuff, he stopped the sales pitch on it right away.
When Ken and I were both in doubt to the actual contents of the box (to prove USA version), he called down to the stock room and had them open and verify contents. It was in fact the USA model and I placed the order, second day air.
And, 2 days later, there it was, I opened the box, and YES, it was the USA model!
My hats off to digitalphotoclub.com, Ken, and the unnamed guy in the stock room! I look forward to future orders to these people!
