"PURCHASED MY RODE GO ll wireless mic I asked if it was compatible for use with my Iphone. I specifically asked if the cables included for use with I was told they were. $399.00 later I got the system but NO CABLE to connect to my iphone. A trip to the Apple store resulted in the purchase of a USB C cable that WAS NOT compatible! 2 hours with Apple bad result! One hour on the phone with Focus being switched to 3 different people because you guy do not know what you are doing. I was then referred to RODE by Nick in your sales department. (Whom by the way was USELESS!). Finally called Rode which ended up being another bad call, only to be referred to another dealer for a SC15 cable at the price of $25.00 dollars. 4 hours of senseless crap! My time is worth more that the product and I am not happy that I had to make an additional purchase. This cable better work you you guys are getting the product BACK! "

"On Feb 15,2021 I ordered The Nikon Monarch 7 10x42 Roof Prism All-Terrain Binoculars from Focus Camera online and when I received it I found out it is totally used one rather than a new one as it posted on their webpage. The binoculars lens cover also can not cover its lenses. I talked to Focus Camera customer service next day then they offered a free return. With the shipping label Focus Camera sent me I dropped off the binoculars and its accessory @UPS store on Feb 24,2021. The UPS store employees helped me make the shipping and I was told that the package would be delivered to Focus Camera in 10 days. Later I checked with the tracking number, the package was delivered to Focus Camera on 03/02/2021 at 11:10 A.M. Now 2 months has passed, Focus Camera still hold my money and sounds no interests to return customer money after they had received my returned items. "
