They ask you to jump through numerous hoops and if you don't give up they tell you they can't find your purchase in THEIR system even though you sent them the Order number, thePurchase Order number and an e-copy of your receipt.

"The tables are crap, cracked very quickly and lost a lot of screws. Very poorly built tables. Better ones at Sam's clubs, Lifetime tables are better at about the same price. The white folding chairs are good for the price."

"I purchased 120 chairs to use in my store. I had the same chairs from an earlier purchase and they lasted about 4 years. They changed the plywood bottom to a press board. 6 months later I have to replace all the chairs due to damage from normal use. Some totally destroyed. Customer service was no help with replacement suggestions. I suggest not purchasing Hercules Series Premium Curved Triple Braced and Double Hinged Fabric Metal Folding Chairs. Not good in my opinion."
"We Ordered a 60" square table. It was damaged after receipt. We decided to keep the table. We were refunded $25 dollars out of $114 paid. What a farce. I will NEVER use this company again."

"About a month ago I ordered 4 wooden folding chairs for our new apartment and received them two days later with scratches and dings on the top of the chairs. The box arrived damaged and it seemed the scratches had occurred during shipment. Also, the seat padding on one of the chairs was glued on crooked. No big deal. I wrote to them and told them I would keep the chairs if they offered me a reasonable discount. They offered me 10%. I declined and asked to have the chairs replaced.
I sent them back and received four more damaged chairs, but this time the box was perfectly fine and it was clear the chairs had been sent in damaged condition. Two of them were chairs that I had just sent back. Really? One of them even had what looked like water damage/mildew stains on the legs.
I wrote to the salesperson who had arranged for my replacement, and she apologized saying I was accidentally sent defective chairs and said my situation would be escalated to upper management in the Defects department. After another week of not hearing anything, I wrote in and went through numerous emails before they offered me 25% off the defective chairs, assuming I wanted to keep them, which I did not. Nor did they offer to send me a new shipment of undamaged chairs, with perhaps even a reduction in price for the hassle of receiving not one but TWO damaged shipments, which is what any decent company would do.
What a waste of time and energy, and I still need to find new chairs. Let's see how long it takes them to refund my money.

"I've ordered chairs and tables from this company on a few different occasions. My first order was for 100 chairs in 2011 and they arrived on a large truck. Everything was perfect, but delivery on that many items is a little difficult for a business. We managed. I also ordered two cocktail tables and they were perfect. That's why I went back to them when I wanted new chairs and to add banquet tables. I also ordered some dollies. Their shipping was no longer free like it had been for my first order, but it wasn't overpriced either and their prices are still the best around, so I ordered them. It took a while to get the shipment because it came in a big semi which was hard in our downtown historic business district. I have had numerous issues with the chairs and tables and have had a difficult time getting the items replaced when their website even says their products have a one year warranty. Three of the folding tables have had welds break and some of the chairs have broken. I've not been pleased with the quality of service and will seek out other companies for future venue needs. It's too bad they treat their loyal customers like this."
