"Purchased the Folding Bed with Pocket Spring (E-Fiber) Mattress. Customer service via email was excellent. Folding bed arrived and was simple to put together (headboard & wheels). This is easy to open and close and takes up minimal space in the closet for storage.
Other buyers customarily purchase the gel mattress topper (per FoldingBed.net). I recommend getting a 1 inch gel mattress topper so the bed will still fold up nicely. This is a great sturdy bed and comfortable. There are no bars in your back. "

"The beds are ok, , the brackets are not spaced correctly, The beds rub when folded, the support bars rub, not amazing. they will work, for the amount of money i spent, i would not buy again. i would buy something else, or build them myself. I also bought the Install brackets, they also were way more money than what they were worth once received them, they did not end up working and would have required modifying more than it was worth. upon trying to return them i would have to pay shipping which i was 100% ok with. i expected that, and then they also charged me 25%, for some bent over priced metal brackets. not happy with the situation at all."

However, they did not charge Amazon prices. One of the sheets we ordered from folding bed.net was 45 dollars, but the item was listed on Amazon for 9 dollars.

And then, insult to injury, they charge a 25% restocking fee, and require us to pay the shipping fee for a return. Alternatively, we can take a loss and return the items directly to Amazon (for free, but at original price).
