"I have been buying from food Ireland for many years and was disappointed when they stopped using Styrofoam boxes for shipping. These sell for a few dollars and are much better than the Styrofoam sheets they use to line the shipping boxes that are used now. I hesitated to buy there after one shipment arrived completely thawed and unsafe to eat. This last purchase was ok, the ice packs were still frozen, but I would prefer to pay another dollar or two to ensure that frozen food will stay cold. Food Ireland did replace the damaged shipment but I spent a lot of time on the phone and had to send photos etc to prove that package was damaged."
