"I placed my order on the 20th Nov and my goods have still not yet been dispatched (today 27th Nov). There was a query on an item ordered because it was perishable (which was not indicated on their website as perishable) , it took 3 days to send me the query on that. And since it was thanksgiving day they sent the query, I did not see it until 3 days later(weekend) to which I responded immediately at 5.30am on the Monday morning. Today is Tuesday 6pm and I have not heard anything back yet. They seem to be very slow to get orders dispatched from the warehouse. And yet their website says they will delivery within 5 business days from dispatch. They fail to mention dispatch could take much longer than the delivery itself. I'm pretty dissappointed so far and would have thought it wouldn't take another 3/4 days to dispatch after my response (like they have to start all over again) but hopefully I will receive my goods at some point. They should be clearer on the length of delivery time for orders that are in stock. I understand they are dealing with many orders but they are responsible for this process and it seems thats where the delivery system falls short. The overall ordering was very convenience online and process was straightforward with lots to choose from. "
