I emailed their support in the evening and got a reply the next day saying the disc should have already arrived and since I had provided my address in Europe, they were going to send another there, with tracking. The disc arrived within a week via Priority Mail ($12.30!) and it is as advertised, very nice collection of high quality 10-second looping clips that will be perfect for my project.

So if you can find what you need, go for it. There were a number of collections for the price of $8.95 each. They all look quite nice. Add to that the prompt and courteous customer support that went beyond expectations, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. "
