"Do not order if you are trying to take advantage of 3-day shipping!!! They ship FedEx Smartpost which according to fedex averages 2-7 business day delivery. I placed an order on 10/9, got a notice it shipped on 10/10 and the expected delivery date is 10/31. Doesn't sound like 3-days to me...more like 3-weeks."

"In contrast to others, I had a positive experience. I ordered on a Sunday during the busiest shopping weekend of the year and they had my order shipped by Monday morning. One of the items was a glass and it was packed carefully. Prices are OK when you consider that you will always pay a premium for officially licensed sports merchandise. They use UPS 3 day shipping for a $4.99 flat fee (although it was free due to a promotion) so you don't have to wait long for your items."

Poor compagny customer service, cant even provide a Tracking No. for 13$ Shipping (DHL)! I got one for 8$ from USPS on a different order/company.

I'm trying to inquire and even them dont have a clue where my order is. The delivery missed my friend b-day and still not arrived yet.

The positive points are when you contact they answer pretty much right away (even if they cant even help) and prices are decent...

"Company’s Fan Cash System is bogus and flawed. If you return an item you will lose the fan cash completely. Even if you placed multiple items on the order. They also charge you $5.50 for returning items. So be careful with these folks. Not an ethical bunch. I hope my alma mater stops doing business with them. I will be recommending that to them. Their customer service reps are VERY rude. Don't bother asking for a supervisor. They will just cause you more heartburn. Also, another indicator of being unethical (“red flag”) is they operate under multiple website names"

"Football Fanatics is a really frustrating company, once a size is gone in any product they have no idea when or even if they will ever have it again. It makes returns a nightmare, especially since the customer service people are clueless. The sizes listed can be totally off, avoid this site. They promised 3 day shipping and they delivered right on time. They promptly sent an email to confirm the order and supplied a tracking number.

"Beware, this vendor's real name is Team Fan Shop, Inc., AKA teamfanshop.com they also sell under collegefootballstore.com.

I ordered 2 items, they switched the items with items I did not order. Called their customer service number, asked why, and they stated the manufacturer ran out of the items and the manufacturer shipped different items to them. They in turn knowingly sent out those 2 items I didn't order. When confronted, they offered me discounts on the items I didn't order. What they have done is to switch the items without telling the customer. This is fraud!"
