"As if planning a wedding isn't stressful enough. DO NOT SHOP AT FOREVERWED.COM. Their home page says "Orders ship within 1-2 business days." The product page stated "In Stock. If you order today, the item will leave our warehouse in 2 - 3 business days."
8 days after I placed my order, my sand ceremony kit finally shipped! When I called to ask them about the delay and to point out they would not be meeting the deadline I was prompted for upon checkout, I was told that the item I purchased ships within 6 business days!! None of this information was posted on the website and I made sure I was ordering in enough time to receive for my wedding. I was also told that the deadline is only a "courtesy." When I pointed out that if it were such a courtesy they would have called me to tell me they would not be able to meet my deadline, the response was "we can't call a hundred people a day."
The conversation ended with the "manager" on the other end hanging up on me.
Furthermore, they added a $12 charge to my credit card with no reason or explanation.
You would like to think with this being a WEDDING store, they would be more sensitive to deadlines, turn around times, and such. THINK AGAIN. DO NOT SHOP HERE!"

They say they ship to Canada and they do- for an insane price!
I saw the "free shipping" and used the code.. when I called the number to confirm the prices, they said when the order was processed they would take the shipping costs off.. This never happened- it was 43.00 Then when my packages arrived they were in 2 separate boxes UPS charged me 33 for the first and 35 for the second! that is a TOTAL COST OF 111. FOR SHIPPING!!!
UPDATE: Forever wed cannot ship to canada for free (But are going to work on reducing the shipping for me, b/c I was told that they would- so hopefully)
Brokerage fee's have nothing to do with the company, and It was not right that I was charged twice by customs for one order.. so Trish from Foreverwed is working with them to correct this for me.
I have to eat my words in "bashing" the customer service b/c I feel like someone is understanding the situation and working with me to take care of it. It has however been a bit of a mess.. I'm going to bump up my rating up for the company and update this post again (or delete it) when I recover some of my money.
The card holders I ordered are very cute and arrived as expected...

"I would NEVER order ANYTHING from this website, nor would I EVER refer ANYONE to this website. At a first glance, it seems like it's the perfect place to shop because the prices are low. I was in the market looking for a place to purchse 'Thank You' cards for my wedding. In my google search, I stumbled upon http://www.foreverwedstore.com I found what I thought was the perfect match to my wedding invitations, the description said "blank thank you cards", at the time (they recently changed their description), it did not give any further information, so I decided to call their customer service to inquire about these cards. I specifically asked if the description meant that the card was blank on the outside or the inside. And without any hesitation, the woman I spoke to said it was only blank on the inside and it said 'Thank You' on the outside. Two days later, once I got my paycheck, I ordered 4-pks of 50 for a total of 200 Thank You cards. I received the cards a week later, I was very excited to open up the package, however once I looked inside the box, I saw blank cards, inside AND out. I immediately called their customer service and spoke to a representative that clearly told me that she thought the description on their website was unclear. She provided me with the process to return for a refund. I mailed the following day - to mail it back it cost me $12. Once they received my returned package, they only reimbursed me $39 (the cost of the cards). They did not reimburse me the $11 I spent to ship the cards from them to me initially or the $12 I spent to ship the cards back to them, due to their misleading descriptions. Even after contacting the Better Business Bureau (which they ignored the requests from the BBB) they refuse to reimburse me the remaining $23. The WORST customer service I've EVER encountered. Now that I'm out the $23, if you add that to the cost of the new Thank You cards I purchased, I spent a lot more than anticipated. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - HORRIBLE!!!"
"We ordered chocolates and tin mints for our wedding favors plus some engraved beer mugs for the groomsmen. Ordered on the April 4th, they shipped on the 6th of April and we just received them yesterday on the 8th of April.
Customer service was wonderful from the ordering process to calling us and giving us a tracking number, they kept us informed so we knew the order had shipped and made this order the least of my worries. Our weddings this weekend, So receiving the order in a rush is crucial! Just have a minor gown alteration to finish now!
The glassware looks great and was packaged perfectly... My fiance really loves the cute image of the groomsman on the mug itself. Made a simple mug look really classic.
If the wedding weren't so close I would definitely buy more items from this store. Absolutely great service and excellent customer service. I would recommend this store."

The best experience was dealing with their customer service, an item was out of stock. They notified me immediately and were able to offer another product that was comparible at a reasonable cost. I have to say I was exstatic when we recieved our order, I found that I actually like the new product better than the one I had originally selected. This store has reasonable prices, great customer service, quality products and fast service. I would definately recommend this store to any of my family or friends."
"I ordered a unity candle, personalized tin mints, and some other wedding accessories. They all came ahead of schedule. I was very surprised by the great quality of all the products. They shipped the day after I made my order, and I live in NY so for us they were not only very fast in delivery but the product quality surpassed our expectations. No Complaints here... "They shipped my order to the wrong address, then said they would be able to re-ship it once they filed a claim with the shipper and got that settled. The claim was not filed after a few weeks, so I asked them just to refund my money. They refused, so I asked to speak with a manager; they took my name and number and said she would call me back. Several weeks later after I had left numerous messages for her, she still had not called me back and nothing was being taken care of. After giving them ample time to resolve this problem, I finally did a chargeback through my credit card company in order to get my money back. I would not recommend this company at all. Their customer service is horrible - almost every time I called, they had no record of my previous call, and I had to start over from the beginning trying to explain my situation. I felt like they were giving me the run-around, hoping I would get so frustrated and just let it go and not do anything about it."

I purchased items (unity candle and tapers) on March 20. It is now April 21, and I still have received my item, in fact it has not even shipped.
My credit card was even charged for $5 more than the invoice.
They do not return phone calls, they do not respond to emails.
Check out Better Business Bureau , they have an unsatisfactory rating!"
