"Great experience all around with FortNine

When I first received the Sena S10 Dual pack we discovered that one of the units was not functioning properly and was due to the connectors. We attempted to deal directly with the manufacturer but they wanted us to return the entire package , pay for shipping and send it off to the US. Since these Sena mounts require a full disassembly of the helmet when setting it up it would be very cumbersome to take everything apart again when the problem was just the unit connecting to the helmet.

We decided to reach out to Fortnine directly to see if they could assist us with replacing just the defective unit and not send everything back. With a speedy response from the support team we received a return label and we were advised to just send the defective unit back, there was no need to send the whole package back. The very next week I received the new unit and its now fully functional .

I thank Fortnine again for the speedy shipping, quick customer response time and hassle free returns/repairs.

"Placed an order on August 1st for some riding pants, a new plaid jacket, some proper armoured shoes, and a new oil filter. Pretty much from the getgo, everything about this site was pretty great. "To start, they chose to make UPS need a signature. This arranged that I had to be at home the entire day waiting for a package that showed up at 6pm. The small amount of money that I wanted was totally not stolen the entire wasted day.

Now, once I decided to install my sissy bar, I found out that it doesn't fit. In fact, Cobra does not make a sissy bar for my bike. The same goes for a saddlemen seat that I was going to order. Fortnine claims that this seat fits my bike, but in shopping around I found it that they do not in fact make a seat for my bike.

No idea how these people can't figure out what does and does not fit, but be careful.

Unfortunately for me, the fit was close, so I tried to modify to make it fit... And it would have worked, right up until the last step which was a show stopper. Now I'm out the cash. Not going to even ask them if they'll take it back as this part was my own fault.

Will never ship through them again. "

"With the summer riding season starting in Montreal, I was looking to renew some of my gear (rain gear, gloves etc). I went to several local bike shops, motorcycle dealerships and nothing really popped out. My brother in law told me about this online store and so I checked it out.
