"BUYER BEWARE! 08/13/14 I was charged for a pair of shoes that I quickly returned within the return timeframe. I am still waiting to receive my refund. I have spoken with customer service once and she informed me they received the shoes but it will take a few more days for them to restock. WTH?
I'm currently researching ways to escalate my complaint. For those that are pleased with Forzieri good for you --but if you had to return something for a refund. You would be singing another tune. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. I want my refund. There is no excuse for a refund to take this long."

She always looks for ways to reconnect with that incredible country, its rich culture and, of course, its impeccable style and sense of fashion. "Almost everything about my experience with this company has been bad. I placed an order for a handbag and immediately ran into an issue using my credit card (since the company is based in another country). Almost immediately, the Forzieri customer service contacted me and I confirmed the charge with my credit card company and the order went through (incidentally, that has been the only time communication has been good from this company - interesting). Oh, and getting charged an extra $20 because they bill in Euros was unexpected.
Here's the one good part - shipping was lightning quick - I was really impressed that it took 2 or 3 days to get something in Michigan that was coming from Italy.
Once the product came and I opened the package, the top of the handbag was kind of smushed down (and wasn't recovering) - I think probably due to being packaged in a box that was too small. Otherwise, I had no complaints about the bag - it was what I ordered but I was not happy with the condition of the bag so decided to return.
I promptly sent return - the good here was the availability to ship it back for free to their warehouse in New York (I don't know if I'll get socked with a re-stocking fee - that should be yet another surprise). I confirmed the New York facility received the return back on 4/24 and still as of 5/5, the website shows that they are waiting to receive. I have e-mailed customer service twice and called once. First e-mail was never replied to - second said that New York warehouse hadn't logged the return. Well, obviously.
So, unsatisfied with that answer several days later, I called and got someone in Italy who told me that it can take up to 10 days for the warehouse in New York to process returns and then from there, they have to send the product back to Italy and they have to process it before a refund can be issued. So, she told me that I was looking at at least another week and probably more before my refund will be processed.
Well, here we are at day 11 since the return has been in the hands of the New York facility and still not processed.
So, here are my warnings to anyone thinking of ordering - packaging of my product was subpar and caused the product to arrive to me in less than ideal shape and the return process is slow and difficult. There are people here that have been waiting much longer than me and I can only hope that I get lucky and my issue is resolved within the next week or so. If that is so, best case scenario then for a return turn around is 2.5 weeks which is a long time when you're waiting for your money to be returned."
"I have had so many problems with www.forzieri.com that I can't fit them all here. There's absolutely nothing luxury in their online shop!!! Eg. Forzieri.com doesn't inform about return fees until you're actually doing the return. They do not refund any of the postage fees and the return policy varies in different countries. (They sent me a pair of earrings in a huge box that had to be returned as well - ofcourse it was very expensive!)
Forzieri.com customer service's english skills are extremely poor, they are very rude to customers and they don't even know who's who in then company. I have called them and sent them many emails, but they totally ignore all complaints. I have now contacted local and Italian customer protection officers and so should everyone else if you have problems with Forzieri.com! Fancy web page and calling yourself luxury doesn't mean you would get what you want."

The wallet I ordered as a gift for my husband is the most rich looking men's wallet I've seen. It's perfect, and what he's been wanting for a long time."

Also hidden in their return policy is something called "Restocking fee" - meaning they take 10% of the price when you return stuff.
