"I ordered a refurbished printer from this seller. I also ordered photo paper and software.

When I received the order, I could believe how poorly the printer was packed . There was no packing material put around the top end of the printer, so it must have bounced around inside the package all the way from California. The printer, and two other parts were damaged.

They were good about responding to my emails, but lacked much customer service beyond that. I had to email them several time to get PART of my money credited to my AMEX. I'm STILL waiting for the rest of my credit, despite promises otherwise!

I reordered the same product(s) from another vendor, even though it cost me more money. Too bad. I intended on forgiving the one bad shipment, but poor customer service drove me away. Never again."

I was referred to fotoclubinc.com at 10:30am on Thursday, went to their site, saw the best price for CF cards that I wanted, placed my order, and received it by 5:00pm the next day. Awesome experience! This was better than wasting gas and going to the store to look. I wish every company could operate like this! Highly recommend to avoid headaches."
