"I put in a order for the 360Xtractor pro kit with both spears. It was a much better deal than the few other sites I checked out.
After the order was already placed, I came upon this site and found all the negative reviews and comments about foundmy. I immediately received the order info, though I remained a bit skeptical of the site. To my surprise, it got shipped out the next day and I was notified of this by email. It took 4 days to arrive (from CA to NJ) which is the expected time.
There is a tracking number, but it was not updated until it was delivered, rendering it a bit useless.
Overall I was very pleased with their service and prices. I will probably be ordering from them again in the future. The negative comments seems to be outdated, and maybe the company is under new management? Not sure, but I give them an A+"
"I ordered an Acekart 2.1 on 2/22 using Paypal; I received the a Canada Post tracking # two days later, and received the package a few days later. It works fine and I'm happy with the service and delivery time.
I ordered a second Acekart on 3/4, and haven't received an email with a CP tracking # nor any other communication except for a summary of my order; I sent a mail in today to them through their website asking for the status of my order.
Edit: 3/15 - received an email with an order update; item was shipped via CP with a tracking # which shows where it is.
So far, I'm very pleased with the service I've recieved - I'd buy here again (and probably will, my nephew now wants an Acekart too...)."
"Wow, I really wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. Sure their communication is "lacking" as in, non-existent. There is no way to get a response from them short of initiating a payment dispute. I'm sure they do ship out most of their orders, but if you happen to be one of the customers that doesn't get their order, well you may as well have just thrown your money away, because they will keep the cash and you will get nothing. I was lucky. I used paypal and started a mediated dispute which eventually got their attention. Though they shipped the package to the wrong address, it does look like it finally shipped, over a month after I ordered it. If I hadn't used paypal I really do believe I would never have seen either my cash or a product from them. And I did nothing wrong during the ordering process. Just some random glitch in their web site preventing the order but not the bill from getting recorded, or so they said.
The communications I did receive after the dispute were short and rude. These guys are not just a few poor overworked retailers, they are jerks and the fact that they are taking money without shipping items makes them crooks too, unless in some state it's acceptable to accept a payment without providing the agreed upon product. Avoid at all costs. "
"I saw bad ratings on this site after having ordered from them (the much anticipated Wode that was still on preorder at the time).
I was feeling quite unsecure after reading the reviews, and found that communication was quite lacking as most email are seen unanswered.
However, they promised fast shipping, free upgrade to overnight shipping with Fedex as soon as they would receive the product, and threw in a few freebies, and they delivered as promised.

"Order placed june 8, 2009. I know that sometimes these products ship from outside of the US so I gave it a few months. Hell, my order from modchip.ca ( who I give 2 thumbs up) sat in customs in New York for 1 month. I email them and just as others have said, They tell me the refund is coming and that the shipping address did not match. Like a big idiot I believe them, that a refund is coming. WRONG WRONG WRONG! 4 months later we are still playing this game. I email them, they ask for my order number then disappear like a fart in the wind. But, honestly what do you expect from a buisness that won't let you post a negative rating/ negative feedback on their site. It would kind of ruin their lure and scare off unknowing shoppers, don't you think? "I did not share the experience that majority of people do when it came to ordering from foundmy. The communication is indeed lacking, but every other service seemed to function well. I placed my order on Sunday, September 13th, and received my package on Saturday the 19th. Six days seems like a long time, but it would have been five days if USPS had not messed up the shipping somewhat. My order from foundmy was shipped from VGCRepairs, which is located in California, so if you are ordering inside the United States I would encourage you to just order from them since they ship within 24 hours of your order instead of 2+ days. Overall, the experience was fine, and I hope that foundmy decides to hire another employee to help with the lacking communication, but I don't really have much to complain about.
By the way, I ordered with a credit card and the transaction went smoothly. JUST BE SURE THAT YOU BILLING ADDRESS IS THE SAME AS YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS!"
"I purchased from foundmy.com originally I was told that my credit card did not match my shipping address. I told them to refund the transaction. They said they would and it would show up within 48 hours on my credit card statment. Based on this knowledge from them I replaced the same exact order with the correct shipping information.
Initially, Terry responded quite often, however, once I placed the second order he stopped responding to my emails.
After waiting more than a month, I did not receive a refund or my product. Over this time I emailed foundmy about once a week asking for the status on my products and the status on my refund. Terry simply ignored my e-mails. I began calling him, but no one picked up.
I have filed credit card disputes for both transactions.
NO ONE BUY FROM FOUNDMY. This is not a one time thing, it happens all the time. I did not check this site before purchasing from them and I regret it.
I hear filing a credit card dispute works well, if you purchased from foundmy and you did not receive your products, FILE A CREDIT CARD DISPUTE. I have also contacted worldpay, Foundmy's credit card processor, they were relaly unhelpful at first, but after repeated attempts and emails they are now cooperating with me. So you can also work with them if Foundmy has ripped you off.
In the end, stay far far away from this company. Possibly the worst experience from a reseller ever.

Unfortunately the tracking number is bogus (there is no record of the package.) Its been three weeks in "transit". Also, no one answers the phone or emails. Bad, bad seller"

I finally received the item after several emails and complaints. I would still recommend caution when buying from here. This is not the first time I had problems.

"I placed an order with this site on dec. 9th seeing as they advertise they ship from same country. Just to find out they don't ship at all. or answer emails or phone. Feel very ripped off, just left my third email trying to find out what is going on. I am going to have to contact my cc and file a fraud claim i guess. and I still won't have the products i needed for christmas. I would have to say don't deal with this company unless you like giving money away for no reason.
Update: Account info says items have finally been shipped 14 days after order was placed still no email. We will see what happens. shipped from canada not the us like site says they would be. "
